கர்த்தர் சாமுவேலை நோக்கி: நீ அவர்கள் சொல்லைக் கேட்டு, அவர்களை ஆள ஒரு ராஜாவை ஏற்படுத்து என்றார்; அப்பொழுது சாமுவேல் இஸ்ரவேல் ஜனங்களைப் பார்த்து: அவரவர் தங்கள் ஊர்களுக்குப் போகலாம் என்றான்.
