அப்படியே அன்று ராத்திரியிலும் தங்கள் தகப்பனுக்கு மதுவைக்குடிக்கக் கொடுத்தார்கள். அப்பொழுது இளையவள் எழுந்து போய், அவனோடே சயனித்தாள்; அவள் சயனித்ததையும் எழுந்திருந்ததையும் அவன் உணராதிருந்தான்.
