அந்த மூன்று புருஷரும் அதின் நடுவில் இருந்தாலும் தாங்கள்மாத்திரம் தப்புவார்களேயல்லாமல், குமாரரையாகிலும் குமாரத்திகளையாகிலும் தப்புவிக்கமாட்டார்கள்; தேசமும் பாழாய்ப்போகும் என்று என் ஜீவனைக்கொண்டு சொல்லுகிறேன் என்பதைக் கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் உரைக்கிறார்.

நோவா, தானியேல், யோபு ஆகியோர் அங்கே வாழ்ந்தாலும் நான் அம்மூன்று நல்லவர்களை மட்டுமே காப்பாற்றுவேன். அம்மூன்றுபேராலும் தங்கள் உயிரைத்தான் காப்பாற்ற முடியும். ஆனால் நான் என் உயிரின்மேல் அளித்த வாக்குறுதிப்படி அவர்களால் மற்றவர்களின் உயிரை, அது அவர்களது மகன்களாக அல்லது மகள்களாக இருந்தாலும் காப்பாற்றமுடியாது! அத்தீய நாடு அழிக்கப்படும்!” எனது கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் இவற்றைச் சொன்னார்.
