“যিহূদার রাজা মনঃশি, ইমোরীযদের থেকেও বহুগুণে ঘৃণ্য অপরাধ করেছে এবং মূর্ত্তিপূজা করে যিহূদাকেও পাপের পথে ঠেলে দিয়েছে| তাই

প্রধান যাজক হিল্কিয, সচিব শাফনকে বললেন, “দেখো, আমি প্রভুর মন্দিরের ভেতরে বিধিপুস্তক খুঁজে পেয়েছি!” তিনি শাফনকে পুস্তকটি দিলে শাফন তা পড়ে দেখলেন|
