2 Chronicles 6:37
কিন্তু তার পরে যখন তাদের মনোভাবের পরিবর্তন হবে আর সেই দূর দেশে বন্দীদশার মধ্যে তারা বলে উঠবে, ‘হে প্রভু, আমরা পাপ করেছি এবং দুষ্ট ও খুব নিষ্ঠুর আচরণ করেছি|’

| נִשְׁבּוּ | nišbû | neesh-BOO | |
| they are carried captive, | שָׁ֑ם | šām | shahm |
| and turn | וְשָׁ֣בוּ׀ | wĕšābû | veh-SHA-voo |
| and pray | וְהִֽתְחַנְּנ֣וּ | wĕhitĕḥannĕnû | veh-hee-teh-ha-neh-NOO |
| unto | אֵלֶ֗יךָ | ʾēlêkā | ay-LAY-ha |
| thee in the land | בְּאֶ֤רֶץ | bĕʾereṣ | beh-EH-rets |
| of their captivity, | שִׁבְיָם֙ | šibyām | sheev-YAHM |
| saying, | לֵאמֹ֔ר | lēʾmōr | lay-MORE |
| sinned, have We | חָטָ֥אנוּ | ḥāṭāʾnû | ha-TA-noo |
| we have done amiss, | הֶֽעֱוִ֖ינוּ | heʿĕwînû | heh-ay-VEE-noo |
| and have dealt wickedly; | וְרָשָֽׁעְנוּ׃ | wĕrāšāʿĕnû | veh-ra-SHA-eh-noo |
