Revelation 7:11
সমস্ত স্বর্গদূত সিংহাসনের প্রাচীনদের ও চারজন প্রাণীর চারদিক ঘিরে দাঁড়িয়ে ছিলেন৷ তাঁরা সিংহাসনের সামনে মাথা নীচু করে প্রণাম করলেন ও ঈশ্বরের উপাসনা করতে থাকলেন৷

এরপর সেই চব্বিশজন প্রাচীন ও চারজন প্রাণী সিংহাসনে যিনি বসেছিলেন, সেই ঈশ্বরের চরণে মাথা নত করে তাঁর উপাসনা করে বললেন:‘আমেন, হাল্লিলুইয়া!’

পরে সেই চব্বিশ জন প্রাচীন, যাঁরা ঈশ্বরের সামনে নিজেদের সিংহাসনে বসে থাকেন, তাঁরা উপুড় হয়ে ঈশ্বরের উপাসনা করলেন৷

তিনি তখন আমায় বললেন, ‘আমার উপাসনা করো না! আমি তোমার ও তোমার ভাইদের অর্থাত্ ভাববাদীদের মত একজন দাস৷ আমি সেই সমস্ত লোকের মত যাঁরা এই পুস্তকের বাক্য মেনে চলে৷ একমাত্র ঈশ্বরেরই উপাসনা কর৷’

হে প্রভু, কে না তোমার নামের প্রশংসা করবে? কারণ তুমিই একমাত্র পবিত্র৷ সমস্ত জাতি তোমার সামনে এসে তোমার উপাসনা করবে, কারণ তোমার ন্যায়সঙ্গত কাজ প্রকাশিত হয়েছে৷’
