Amos 8:10
তোমাদের ছুটির দিনগুলোকে মৃতদের জন্য শোকের দিনে পরিণত করব| তোমাদের সমস্ত গানগুলি (মৃতদের জন্য) বিলাপ গীতে পরিণত হবে| প্রত্যেক লোককে শোকবস্ত্র পরাব ও প্রত্যেকের মাথায় টাক পড়াব| একমাত্র পুত্রের বিয়োগের শোকের মত শোক করাব| আর শেষটা বড় তিক্ত হবে|”

your songs שִֽׁירֵיכֶם֙ šîr sheer
into lamentation; לְקִינָ֔ה qînâ kee-NA
and I will bring up וְהַעֲלֵיתִ֤י ʿālâ ah-LA
upon עַל ʿal al
all כָּל kōl kole
loins, מָתְנַ֙יִם֙ mōten moh-TEN
sackcloth שָׂ֔ק śaq sahk
upon וְעַל ʿal al
every כָּל kōl kole
head; רֹ֖אשׁ rōš rohsh
and baldness קָרְחָ֑ה qorḥâ kore-HA
and I will make וְשַׂמְתִּ֙יהָ֙ śûm soom
it as the mourning כְּאֵ֣בֶל ʾēbel ay-VEL
of an only יָחִ֔יד yāḥîd ya-HEED
and the end וְאַחֲרִיתָ֖הּ ʾaḥărît ah-huh-REET
day. כְּי֥וֹם yôm yome
thereof as a bitter מָֽר׃ mar mahr
