1 Corinthians 7:39
স্বামী যতদিন বেঁচে থাকে স্ত্রী ততদিনই বিবাহবন্ধনে আবদ্ধ থাকে, কিন্তু স্বামী মারা গেলে সে মুক্ত, সে তখন যাকে ইচ্ছা আবার বিয়ে করতে পারে, অবশ্য সেই লোক য়েন প্রভুর হয়৷

তোমরা অবিশ্বাসীদের থেকে আলাদা, তাই তাদের সঙ্গে নিজেদের যুক্ত করো না; কারণ ন্যায় ও অন্যায়ের মধ্যে কোন য়োগ থাকতে পারে না৷ অন্ধকারের সাথে আলোর কি কোন য়োগায়োগ থাকতে পারে?
