তারপর রাজা প্রাদেশীয় রাজ্যপাল, উচ্চপদস্থ সামরিক কর্মচারীগণ, উপদেশকগণ, কোষাধ্যক্ষগণ, বিচারকগণ, শাসকগণ এবং অন্যান্য উচ্চপদস্থ কর্মচারীদের ঐ মূর্ত্তির উত্সর্গীকরণ অনুষ্ঠানে আসতে আদেশ দিলেন|
