So they shall bring out all thy wives and thy children to the Chaldeans: and thou shalt not escape out of their hand, but shalt be taken by the hand of the king of Babylon: and thou shalt cause this city to be burned with fire.

And they shall bring out all thy wives and thy children to the Chaldeans; and thou shalt not escape out of their hand, but shalt be taken by the hand of the king of Babylon: and thou shalt cause this city to be burned with fire.

to אֶל ʾēl ale
the Chaldeans: הַכַּשְׂדִּ֔ים kaśdî kahs-DEE
and thou וְאַתָּ֖ה ʾattâ ah-TA
shalt not לֹא lōʾ loh
escape out תִמָּלֵ֣ט mālaṭ ma-LAHT
of their hand, מִיָּדָ֑ם yād yahd
but כִּ֣י kî kee
by the hand בְיַ֤ד yād yahd
of the king מֶֽלֶךְ melek meh-LEK
of Babylon: בָּבֶל֙ bābel ba-VEL
shalt be taken תִּתָּפֵ֔שׂ tāpaś ta-FAHS
וְאֶת ʾēt ate
city הָעִ֥יר ʿîr eer
and thou shalt cause this הַזֹּ֖את zōt zote
to be burned תִּשְׂרֹ֥ף śārap sa-RAHF
with fire. בָּאֵֽשׁ׃ ʾēš aysh
