1 <A Song of the going up. Of David.> Lord, there is no pride in my heart and my eyes are not lifted up; and I have not taken part in great undertakings, or in things over-hard for me.হে প্রভু, আমি অহঙ্কারী নই| আমি কোন গুরুত্বপূর্ণ একজন ব্যক্তি হবার ভান করি না| এমন কি আমি বিরাট কিছু করবার চেষ্টাও করি না| আমি নিজেকে এমন কোন ব্যাপারে জড়াই না, যা খুব বড় ও আমার অসাধ্য|

2 See, I have made my soul calm and quiet, like a child on its mother's breast; my soul is like a child on its mother's breast.আমি শান্ত, আমার আত্মা শান্ত|

3 O Israel, have hope in the Lord, from this time and for ever.মাযের কোলে পরিতৃপ্ত শিশুর মত আমার আত্মা শান্তিতে মগ্ন|ইস্রায়েল (তুমি) প্রভুকে বিশ্বাস কর| তাঁকে এখন বিশ্বাস কর, তাঁকে চিরদিন বিশ্বাস কর!
