Psalm 23 in Bengali

1 প্রভুই আমার মেষপালক| আমার যা কিছু চাই, সবসময় আমি তা-ই নেব|

2 তিনি আমাকে সবুজ চারণ ক্ষেত্রে শুইযে দেন| তিনি আমাকে বিশ্রাম জলাধারের পাশে পরিচালিত করেন|

3 তাঁর নামের মহিমা উপলদ্ধি করার জন্য তিনি আমার আত্মাকে নতুন শক্তি দেন| তাঁর নামের জন্য তিনি আমায় ঠিক পথে পরিচালিত করেন|

4 এমনকি, যদি আমি কবরের মত গাঢ় অন্ধকারময় কোন উপত্যকা দিয়ে হেঁটে যাই, আমি কোন বিপদের দ্বারা ভীত হব না| কেন? কারণ আপনি য়ে আমার সঙ্গে রয়েছেন প্রভু| আপনার শাসনদণ্ড আমাকে স্বস্তি দেয়, নিরাপদে রাখে|

5 প্রভু, আপনি আমার শত্রুদের সামনে আমার টেবিল তৈরী করেছিলেন| আপনি আমার মাথায় তেল দিয়ে আমাকে অভিবাদন করেছিলেন| আমার পানপাত্র পরিপূর্ণ এবং তা উপচে পড়ছে|

6 ধার্ম্মিকতা এবং ক্ষমা আজীবন আমার সঙ্গে থাকবে| এবং আমি প্রভুর মন্দিরে দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে বসে থাকবো|

2 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

3 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

4 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

5 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

6 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

7 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
