Psalm 99
1 প্রভুই রাজা| তাই জাতিগুলোকে ভয়ে কাঁপতে দাও| করূব দূতদের ওপরে ঈশ্বর একজন রাজার মত বসেন| তাই পৃথিবীকে ভয়ে কেঁপে উঠতে দাও|
2 সিয়োনে প্রভু মহান! সমগ্র জাতির ওপরে তিনি একজন মহান নেতা|
3 সমস্ত লোক আপনার প্রশংসা করুক| ঈশ্বরের নাম ভীতিপ্রদ| ঈশ্বরই পবিত্র|
4 শক্তিশালী রাজা, ন্যায় বিচার পছন্দ করে| ঈশ্বর, আপনিই ধার্ম্মিকতা সৃষ্টি করেছেন| আপনিই যাকোবকে ধার্ম্মিকতা এবং ন্যায়নীতি দিয়েছিলেন|
5 আমাদের প্রভু ঈশ্বরের প্রশংসা কর এবং তাঁর পবিত্র পাদপীঠেউপাসনা কর|
6 মোশি ও হারোণ তাঁর বহু যাজকদের মধ্যে দু’জন এবং শমূযেলও তাঁর নাম উচ্চারণকারীদের একজন| ওরা প্রভুর কাছে প্রার্থনা করেছিলো এবং প্রভু ওদের উত্তর দিয়েছেন|
7 দীর্ঘ মেঘের ভেতর থেকে ঈশ্বর কথা বলেছেন| ওরাও তাঁর আজ্ঞাগুলো পালন করেছিল| ঈশ্বর ওদের বিধি প্রদান করেছিলেন|
8 প্রভু, আমাদের ঈশ্বর, আপনি ওদের প্রার্থনার উত্তর দিয়েছিলেন| আপনি ওদের দেখিয়েছেন য়ে আপনিই ক্ষমাশীল ঈশ্বর এবং মানুষ মন্দ কাজ করে বলে আপনি মানুষকে শাস্তি দেন|
9 আমাদের প্রভু ঈশ্বরের প্রশংসা কর| তাঁর পবিত্র পর্বতের দিকে মাথা নত করে এবং তাঁর উপাসনা কর| প্রভু আমাদের ঈশ্বর, সত্যিই পবিত্র!
1 The Lord reigneth; let the people tremble: he sitteth between the cherubims; let the earth be moved.
2 The Lord is great in Zion; and he is high above all the people.
3 Let them praise thy great and terrible name; for it is holy.
4 The king’s strength also loveth judgment; thou dost establish equity, thou executest judgment and righteousness in Jacob.
5 Exalt ye the Lord our God, and worship at his footstool; for he is holy.
6 Moses and Aaron among his priests, and Samuel among them that call upon his name; they called upon the Lord, and he answered them.
7 He spake unto them in the cloudy pillar: they kept his testimonies, and the ordinance that he gave them.
8 Thou answeredst them, O Lord our God: thou wast a God that forgavest them, though thou tookest vengeance of their inventions.
9 Exalt the Lord our God, and worship at his holy hill; for the Lord our God is holy.
