1 இசக்காருடைய குமாரர், தோலா, பூவா, யசுப், சிம்ரோன் என்னும் நாலுபேர். Now the sons of Issachar were, Tola, and Puah, Jashub, and Shimrom, four.

2 தோலாவின் குமாரர், ஊசி, ரெப்பாயா, யெரியேல், யக்மாயி, இப்சாம், சாமுவேல் என்பவர்கள்; தோலாவுக்குப் பிறந்த இவர்கள் தங்கள் பிதாக்கள் வம்சத்தலைவரும் தங்கள் சந்ததிகளிலே பராக்கிரமசாலிகளுமாயிருந்தார்கள்; தாவீதின் நாட்களில் அவர்கள் தொகை இருபதினாயிரத்து அறுநூறுபேராயிருந்தது. And the sons of Tola; Uzzi, and Rephaiah, and Jeriel, and Jahmai, and Jibsam, and Shemuel, heads of their father's house, to wit, of Tola: they were valiant men of might in their generations; whose number was in the days of David two and twenty thousand and six hundred.

6 பென்யமீன் குமாரர், பேலா, பெகேர், யெதியாயேல் என்னும் மூன்றுபேர். The sons of Benjamin; Bela, and Becher, and Jediael, three.

11 யெதியாயேலின் குமாரராகிய இவர்கள் எல்லாரும் தங்கள் பிதாக்கள் வம்சத்தாரில் தலைவராயிருந்தார்கள்; இவர்களில் யுத்தத்திற்குப் போகத்தக்க சேவகரான பராக்கிரமசாலிகள் பதினேழாயிரத்து இருநூறுபேர். All these the sons of Jediael, by the heads of their fathers, mighty men of valor, were seventeen thousand and two hundred soldiers, fit to go out for war and battle.

12 சுப்பீமும், உப்பீமும் ஈரின் குமாரர், ஊசிம் ஆகேரின் குமாரரில் ஒருவன். Shuppim also, and Huppim, the children of Ir, and Hushim, the sons of Aher.

13 நப்தலியின் குமாரரான பில்காளின் பேரன்மார், யாத்சியேல், கூனி, எத்சோ, சல்லுூம் என்பவர்கள். The sons of Naphtali; Jahziel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Shallum, the sons of Bilhah.

14 மனாசேயின் புத்திரரில் ஒருவன் குலஸ்திரீயினிடத்தில் பிறந்த அஸ்ரியேல்; அவன் மறுமனையாட்டியாகிய அராமிய ஸ்திரீயினிடத்தில் கீலேயாத்தின் தகப்பனாகிய மாகீர் பிறந்தான். The sons of Manasseh; Ashriel, whom she bare: (but his concubine the Aramitess bare Machir the father of Gilead:

20 எப்பிராயீமின் குமாரரில் ஒருவன் சுத்தெலாக்; இவனுடைய குமாரன் பேரேத்; இவனுடைய குமாரன் தாகாத்; இவனுடைய குமாரன் எலாதா; இவனுடைய குமாரன் தாகாத். And the sons of Ephraim; Shuthelah, and Bered his son, and Tahath his son, and Eladah his son, and Tahath his son,

2 Tholaavin kumaarar, oosi, reppaayaa, yeriyael, yakmaayi, ipsaam, saamuvael enpavarkal; tholaavukkup pirantha ivarkal thangal pithaakkal vamsaththalaivarum thangal santhathikalilae paraakkiramasaalikalumaayirunthaarkal; thaaveethin naatkalil avarkal thokai irupathinaayiraththu araுnooraுpaeraayirunthathu. And the sons of Tola; Uzzi, and Rephaiah, and Jeriel, and Jahmai, and Jibsam, and Shemuel, heads of their father's house, to wit, of Tola: they were valiant men of might in their generations; whose number was in the days of David two and twenty thousand and six hundred.

3 Oosiyin kumaararil oruvan israkiyaa; israkiyaavin kumaarar, mikaayael, opathiyaa, yovael, ishiyaa enpavarkal; ivarkal ainthupaerum thalaivaraayirunthaarkal. And the sons of Uzzi; Izrahiah: and the sons of Izrahiah; Michael, and Obadiah, and Joel, Ishiah, five: all of them chief men.

4 Avarkal pithaakkal vamsaththaaraanavarkal santhathikalil yuththamanusharaana koottangal muppaththaaraayirampaer avarkalotirunthaarkal; avarkalukku anaekam pennjaathikalum pillaikalum irunthaarkal. And with them, by their generations, after the house of their fathers, were bands of soldiers for war, six and thirty thousand men: for they had many wives and sons.

5 Isakkaarutaiya matta ellaa vamsangalilum avarkalukkuch sakothararaana paraakkiramasaalikal thangal vamsa attavannaikalinpatiyellaam ennpaththaelaayirampaeraayirunthaarkal. And their brethren among all the families of Issachar were valiant men of might, reckoned in all by their genealogies fourscore and seven thousand.

6 Penyameen kumaarar, paelaa, pekaer, yethiyaayael ennum moontupaer. The sons of Benjamin; Bela, and Becher, and Jediael, three.

7 Paelaavin kumaarar, espon, oosi, oosiyael, yerimoth, iri enpavarkal; ivarkal thangal pithaakkalin vamsaththil paraakkiramasaalikalaana ainthu thalaivaraayirunthaarkal; ivarkal vamsa attavannaikkullaanavarkal irupaththeeraayiraththu muppaththunaalupaer. And the sons of Bela; Ezbon, and Uzzi, and Uzziel, and Jerimoth, and Iri, five; heads of the house of their fathers, mighty men of valor; and were reckoned by their genealogies twenty and two thousand and thirty and four.

8 Pekaerin kumaarar, semiraa, yovaas, eliyaesar, eliyonaay, umri, yerimoth, apiyaa, aanathoth, alamaeth enpavarkal; ivarkal ellaarum pekaerin kumaarar. And the sons of Becher; Zemira, and Joash, and Eliezer, and Elioenai, and Omri, and Jerimoth, and Abiah, and Anathoth, and Alameth. All these are the sons of Becher.

9 Thangal pithaakkalin vamsaththalaivaraakiya avarkal santhathikalin attavannaikkullaana paraakkiramaalikal irupathinaayiraththu irunooraுpaer. And the number of them, after their genealogy by their generations, heads of the house of their fathers, mighty men of valor, was twenty thousand and two hundred.

10 Yethiyaayaelin kumaararil oruvan pilkaan; pilkaanin kumaarar, aeyoosh, penyameen, aekooth, kenaanaa, seththaan, tharshees, akishaakaar enpavarkal. The sons also of Jediael; Bilhan: and the sons of Bilhan; Jeush, and Benjamin, and Ehud, and Chenaanah, and Zethan, and Tharshish, and Ahishahar.

11 Yethiyaayaelin kumaararaakiya ivarkal ellaarum thangal pithaakkal vamsaththaaril thalaivaraayirunthaarkal; ivarkalil yuththaththirkup pokaththakka sevakaraana paraakkiramasaalikal pathinaelaayiraththu irunooraுpaer. All these the sons of Jediael, by the heads of their fathers, mighty men of valor, were seventeen thousand and two hundred soldiers, fit to go out for war and battle.

12 Suppeemum, uppeemum eerin kumaarar, oosim aakaerin kumaararil oruvan. Shuppim also, and Huppim, the children of Ir, and Hushim, the sons of Aher.

13 Napthaliyin kumaararaana pilkaalin paeranmaar, yaathsiyael, kooni, ethso, salluூm enpavarkal. The sons of Naphtali; Jahziel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Shallum, the sons of Bilhah.

14 Manaaseyin puththiraril oruvan kulasthireeyinidaththil pirantha asriyael; avan maraுmanaiyaattiyaakiya araamiya sthireeyinidaththil geelaeyaaththin thakappanaakiya maageer piranthaan. The sons of Manasseh; Ashriel, whom she bare: (but his concubine the Aramitess bare Machir the father of Gilead:

17 Oolaamin kumaararil oruvan paethaan; ivarkal manaaseyin kumaaranaakiya maageerukkup pirantha geelaeyaath puththirar. And the sons of Ulam; Bedan. These were the sons of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh.

20 Eppiraayeemin kumaararil oruvan suththelaak; ivanutaiya kumaaran paeraeth; ivanutaiya kumaaran thaakaath; ivanutaiya kumaaran elaathaa; ivanutaiya kumaaran thaakaath. And the sons of Ephraim; Shuthelah, and Bered his son, and Tahath his son, and Eladah his son, and Tahath his son,

21 Ivanutaiya kumaaran saapaath; ivanutaiya kumaarar kaththelaak, ethser, eliyaath; ivarkal thaesaththil pirantha kaaththooraarutaiya aadumaadukalaip pitikkapponapatiyaal avarkal ivarkalaik kontupottarkal. And Zabad his son, and Shuthelah his son, and Ezer, and Elead, whom the men of Gath that were born in that land slew, because they came down to take away their cattle.

24 Ivanutaiya kumaaraththiyaakiya seraal geelppuramum maerpuramumaana peththoronaiyum, oosenseraavaiyum kattinaval. (And his daughter was Sherah, who built Bethhoron the nether, and the upper, and Uzzensherah.)

25 Avanutaiya kumaarar, raeppaak, raesep enpavarkal; ivanutaiya kumaaran thaelaak; ivanutaiya kumaaran thaakaan. And Rephah was his son, also Resheph, and Telah his son, and Tahan his son.

26 Ivanutaiya kumaaran laathaan, ivanutaiya kumaaran ammiyooth; ivanutaiya kumaaran elishaamaa. Laadan his son, Ammihud his son, Elishama his son.

32 Aepaer yaplaeththaiyum, somaeraiyum, oththaamaiyum, ivarkal sakothariyaakiya sookaalaiyum pettaாn. And Heber begat Japhlet, and Shomer, and Hotham, and Shua their sister.
