கர்த்தர் சாலொமோனுக்குச் சொல்லியிருந்தபடியே அவனுக்கு ஞானத்தைத் தந்தருளினார்; ஈராமுக்கும் சாலொமோனுக்கும் சமாதானம் உண்டாயிருந்து, இருவரும் உடன்படிக்கை பண்ணிக்கொண்டார்கள்.

gave נָתַ֤ן nātan na-TAHN
wisdom, חָכְמָה֙ ḥokmâ hoke-MA
Solomon לִשְׁלֹמֹ֔ה šĕlōmō sheh-loh-MOH
as כַּֽאֲשֶׁ֖ר ʾăšer uh-SHER
he promised דִּבֶּר dābar da-VAHR

Hiram חִירָם֙ ḥîrām hee-RAHM

made וַיִּכְרְת֥וּ kārat ka-RAHT
a league together. בְרִ֖ית bĕrît beh-REET
and they two שְׁנֵיהֶֽם׃ šĕnayim sheh-na-YEEM
