அவன் மேடைகளுக்கென்றும், பேய்களுக்கென்றும், தான் உண்டாக்கின கன்றுக்குட்டிகளுக்கென்றும் ஆசாரியர்களை ஏற்படுத்தினான்.

லேவியர்கள் கர்த்தருக்கு ஆசாரிய ஊழியம் செய்யாமலிருக்க யெரொபெயாமும் அவன் மகன்களும் அவர்களைத் தள்ளிப்போட்டதால், தங்கள் வெளிநிலங்களையும் தங்கள் சொத்துக்களையும்விட்டு, யூதா தேசத்திற்கும் எருசலேமுக்கும் வந்தார்கள்.

For the Levites left their suburbs and their possession, and came to Judah and Jerusalem: for Jeroboam and his sons had cast them off from executing the priest's office unto the LORD:

their suburbs מִגְרְשֵׁיהֶם֙ migroš meeɡ-ROHSH
and their possession, וַֽאֲחֻזָּתָ֔ם ʾăḥuzzâ uh-hoo-ZA
and came וַיֵּֽלְכ֥וּ hālak ha-LAHK
to Judah לִֽיהוּדָ֖ה yĕhûdâ yeh-hoo-DA
