Exodus 8 in Tamil

1 அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி: நீ பார்வோனிடத்தில் போய்: எனக்கு ஆராதனை செய்ய என் ஜனங்களை அனுப்பிவிடு. And the LORD spake unto Moses, Go unto Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Let my people go, that they may serve me.

2 நீ அவர்களை அனுப்பிவிடமாட்டேன் என்பாயாகில், உன் எல்லை அடங்கலையும் தவளைகளால் வாதிப்பேன். And if thou refuse to let them go, behold, I will smite all thy borders with frogs:

3 நதி தவளைகளைத் திரளாய்ப் பிறப்பிக்கும்; அவைகள் உன் வீட்டிலும் உன் படுக்கை அறையிலும், உன் மஞ்சத்தின்மேலும், உன் ஊழியக்காரர் வீடுகளிலும், உன் ஜனங்களிடத்திலும், உன் அடுப்புகளிலும், மாப்பிசைகிற உன் தொட்டிகளிலும் வந்து ஏறும். And the river shall bring forth frogs abundantly, which shall go up and come into thine house, and into thy bedchamber, and upon thy bed, and into the house of thy servants, and upon thy people, and into thine ovens, and into thy kneadingtroughs:

4 அந்தத் தவளைகள் உன்மேலும், உன் ஜனங்கள் மேலும், உன் ஊழியக்காரர் எல்லார் மேலும் வந்து ஏறுமென்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார் என்று சொல் என்றார். And the frogs shall come up both on thee, and upon thy people, and upon all thy servants.

5 மேலும் கர்த்தர் மோசேயினிடத்தில் நீ ஆரோனை நோக்கி: நீ உன் கையிலிருக்கிற கோலை நதிகள் மேலும் வாய்க்கால்கள் மேலும் குளங்கள் மேலும் நீட்டி, எகிப்து தேசத்தின் மேல் தவளைகளை வரும்படி செய் என்று சொல் என்றார். And the LORD spake unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch forth thine hand with thy rod over the streams, over the rivers, and over the ponds, and cause frogs to come up upon the land of Egypt.

6 அப்படியே ஆரோன் தன் கையை எகிப்திலுள்ள தண்ணீர்கள் மேல் நீட்டினான்; அப்பொழுது தவளைகள் வந்து, எகிப்து தேசத்தை மூடிக்கொண்டது. And Aaron stretched out his hand over the waters of Egypt; and the frogs came up, and covered the land of Egypt.

7 மந்திரவாதிகளும் தங்கள் மந்திரவித்தையினால் அப்படிச் செய்து, எகிப்து தேசத்தின்மேல் தவளைகளை வரப்பண்ணினார்கள். And the magicians did so with their enchantments, and brought up frogs upon the land of Egypt.

8 பார்வோன் மோசேயையும் ஆரோனையும் அழைப்பித்து: அந்தத் தவளைகள் என்னையும் என் ஜனங்களையும் விட்டு நீங்கும்படி கர்த்தரை நோக்கி வேண்டிக்கொள்ளுங்கள்; கர்த்தருக்குப் பலியிடும்படி ஜனங்களைப் போகவிடுவேன் என்றான். Then Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron, and said, Entreat the LORD, that he may take away the frogs from me, and from my people; and I will let the people go, that they may do sacrifice unto the LORD.

9 அப்பொழுது மோசே பார்வோனை நோக்கி: தவளைகள் நதியிலேமாத்திரம் இருக்கத்தக்கதாய் அவைகளை உம்மிடத்திலும் உம்முடைய வீட்டிலும் இல்லாமல் ஒழிந்துபோகும்படிசெய்ய, உமக்காகவும் உம்முடைய ஊழியக்காரருக்காகவும் உம்முடைய ஜனங்களுக்காகவும் நான் விண்ணப்பம் பண்ணவேண்டிய காலத்தைக் குறிக்கும் மேன்மை உமக்கே இருப்பதாக என்றான். And Moses said unto Pharaoh, Glory over me: when shall I entreat for thee, and for thy servants, and for thy people, to destroy the frogs from thee and thy houses, that they may remain in the river only?

10 அதற்கு அவன்: நாளைக்கு என்றான். அப்பொழுது இவன்: எங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்கு ஒப்பானவர் இல்லை என்பதை நீர் அறியும்படிக்கு உம்முடைய வார்த்தையின்படி ஆகக்கடவது. And he said, To morrow. And he said, Be it according to thy word: that thou mayest know that there is none like unto the LORD our God.

11 தவளைகள் உம்மையும் உம்முடைய வீட்டையும் உம்முடைய ஊழியக்காரரையும் உம்முடைய ஜனங்களையும் விட்டு நீங்கி, நதியிலேமாத்திரம் இருக்கும் என்றான். And the frogs shall depart from thee, and from thy houses, and from thy servants, and from thy people; they shall remain in the river only.

12 மோசேயும் ஆரோனும் பார்வோனை விட்டுப் புறப்பட்டார்கள். பார்வோனுக்கு விரோதமாக வரப்பண்ணின தவளைகள் நிமித்தம் மோசே கர்த்தரை நோக்கிக் கூப்பிட்டான். And Moses and Aaron went out from Pharaoh: and Moses cried unto the LORD because of the frogs which he had brought against Pharaoh.

13 கர்த்தர் மோசேயின் சொற்படி செய்தார்; வீடுகளிலும் முற்றங்களிலும் வயல்களிலும் இருந்த தவளைகள் செத்துப்போயிற்று. And the LORD did according to the word of Moses; and the frogs died out of the houses, out of the villages, and out of the fields.

14 அவைகளைக் குவியல் குவியலாகச் சேர்த்தார்கள்; அதினால் பூமியெங்கும் நாற்றமெடுத்தது. And they gathered them together upon heaps: and the land stank.

15 இலகுவுண்டாயிற்றென்று பார்வோன் கண்டபோதோ, தன் இருதயத்தைக் கடினப்படுத்தி, அவர்களுக்குச் செவிகொடாமற் போனான்; கர்த்தர் சொல்லியிருந்தபடி ஆயிற்று. But when Pharaoh saw that there was respite, he hardened his heart, and hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.

16 அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் மோசேயினிடத்தில்: நீ ஆரோனை நோக்கி: உன் கோலை நீட்டி, பூமியின் புழுதியின் மேல் அடி; அப்பொழுது அது எகிப்து தேசமெங்கும் பேன்களாய்ப் போம் என்று சொல் என்றார். And the LORD said unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch out thy rod, and smite the dust of the land, that it may become lice throughout all the land of Egypt.

17 அப்படியே செய்தார்கள்; ஆரோன் தன் கையிலிருந்த தன் கோலை நீட்டி, பூமியின் புழுதியின்மேல் அடித்தான்; அப்பொழுது அது மனிதர் மேலும் மிருக ஜீவன்கள் மேலும் பேன்களாய் எகிப்து தேசமெங்கும் பூமியின் புழுதியெல்லாம் பேன்களாயிற்று. And they did so; for Aaron stretched out his hand with his rod, and smote the dust of the earth, and it became lice in man, and in beast; all the dust of the land became lice throughout all the land of Egypt.

18 மந்திரவாதிகளும் தங்கள் மந்திரவித்தையினால் பேன்களைப் பிறப்பிக்கும்படிப் பிரயத்தனஞ் செய்தார்கள்; செய்தும், அவர்களால் கூடாமற்போயிற்று; பேன்கள் மனிதர் மேலும் மிருக ஜீவன்கள் மேலும் இருந்தது. And the magicians did so with their enchantments to bring forth lice, but they could not: so there were lice upon man, and upon beast.

19 அப்பொழுது மந்திரவாதிகள் பார்வோனை நோக்கி: இது தேவனுடைய விரல் என்றார்கள். ஆனாலும், கர்த்தர் சொல்லியிருந்தபடி பார்வோனுடைய இருதயம் கடினப்பட்டது; அவர்களுக்குச் செவிகொடாமற் போனான். Then the magicians said unto Pharaoh, This is the finger of God: and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.

20 அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் மோசேயை நோக்கி: நாளை அதிகாலமே நீ எழுந்துபோய், பார்வோன் நதிக்குப் புறப்பட்டு வரும்போது, அவனுக்கு முன்பாக நின்று; எனக்கு ஆராதனை செய்யும்படி என் ஜனங்களைப் போகவிடு. And the LORD said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh; lo, he cometh forth to the water; and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Let my people go, that they may serve me.

21 என் ஜனங்களைப் போகவிடாயாகில், நான் உன் மேலும், உன் ஊழியக்காரர் மேலும், உன் ஜனங்கள்மேலும், உன் வீடுகள் மேலும் பலவித வண்டுகளை அனுப்புவேன்; எகிப்தியர் வீடுகளும் அவர்கள் இருக்கிற தேசமும் அந்த வண்டுகளால் நிறையும். Else, if thou wilt not let my people go, behold, I will send swarms of flies upon thee, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people, and into thy houses: and the houses of the Egyptians shall be full of swarms of flies, and also the ground whereon they are.

22 பூமியின் நடுவில் நானே கர்த்தர் என்பதை நீ அறியும்படி என் ஜனங்கள் இருக்கிற கோசேன் நாட்டில் அந்நாளிலே வண்டுகள் வராதபடிக்கு, அந்த நாட்டை விசேஷப்படுத்தி, And I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there; to the end thou mayest know that I am the LORD in the midst of the earth.

23 என் ஜனங்களுக்கும் உன் ஜனங்களுக்கும் வித்தியாசம் உண்டாகும்படி செய்வேன்; இந்த அடையாளம் நாளைக்கு உண்டாகும் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார் என்று சொல் என்றார். And I will put a division between my people and thy people: to morrow shall this sign be.

24 அப்படியே கர்த்தர் செய்தார்; மகாதிரளான வண்டு ஜாதிகள் பார்வோன் வீட்டிலும், அவன் ஊழியக்காரர் வீடுகளிலும், எகிப்து தேசம் முழுவதிலும் வந்தது; வண்டுகளினாலே தேசம் கெட்டுப்போயிற்று. And the LORD did so; and there came a grievous swarm of flies into the house of Pharaoh, and into his servants' houses, and into all the land of Egypt: the land was corrupted by reason of the swarm of flies.

25 அப்பொழுது பார்வோன் மோசேயையும் ஆரோனையும் அழைப்பித்து: நீங்கள் போய், உங்கள் தேவனுக்கு தேசத்திலேதானே பலியிடுங்கள் என்றான். And Pharaoh called for Moses and for Aaron, and said, Go ye, sacrifice to your God in the land.

26 அதற்கு மோசே: அப்படிச் செய்யத்தகாது; எங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்கு நாங்கள் எகிப்தியருடைய அருவருப்பை பலியிடுகிறதாய் இருக்குமே, எகிப்தியருடைய அருவருப்பை நாங்கள் அவர்கள் கண்களுக்கு முன்பாக பலியிட்டால், எங்களைக் கல்லெறிவார்கள் அல்லவா? And Moses said, It is not meet so to do; for we shall sacrifice the abomination of the Egyptians to the LORD our God: lo, shall we sacrifice the abomination of the Egyptians before their eyes, and will they not stone us?

27 நாங்கள் வனாந்தரத்தில் மூன்று நாள் பிரயாணம் போய், எங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் எங்களுக்கு விதிக்கிறபடியே அவருக்குப் பலியிடுவோம் என்றான். We will go three days' journey into the wilderness, and sacrifice to the LORD our God, as he shall command us.

28 அப்பொழுது பார்வோன்: நீங்கள் உங்கள் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்கு வனாந்தரத்தில் பலியிடும்படிக்கு நான் உங்களைப் போகவிடுவேன்; ஆனாலும், நீங்கள் அதிக தூரமாய்ப் போகவேண்டாம்; எனக்காக வேண்டுதல் செய்யுங்கள் என்றான். And Pharaoh said, I will let you go, that ye may sacrifice to the LORD your God in the wilderness; only ye shall not go very far away: entreat for me.

29 அதற்கு மோசே: நான் உம்மை விட்டுப் புறப்பட்டபின், நாளைக்கு வண்டுகள் பார்வோனையும் அவர் ஊழியக்காரரையும் அவர் ஜனங்களையும் விட்டு நீங்கும்படி, நான் கர்த்தரை நோக்கி வேண்டுதல் செய்வேன்; ஆனாலும், கர்த்தருக்குப் பலியிடுகிறதற்கு ஜனங்களைப் போகவிடாதபடிப் பார்வோன் இனி வஞ்சனை செய்யாதிருப்பாராக என்றான். And Moses said, Behold, I go out from thee, and I will entreat the LORD that the swarms of flies may depart from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people, to morrow: but let not Pharaoh deal deceitfully any more in not letting the people go to sacrifice to the LORD.

30 மோசே பார்வோனை விட்டுப் புறப்பட்டுப்போய், கர்த்தரை நோக்கி வேண்டுதல் செய்தான். And Moses went out from Pharaoh, and entreated the LORD.

31 அப்பொழுது கர்த்தர் மோசேயின் சொற்படி, வண்டு ஜாதிகள் பார்வோனையும் அவன் ஊழியக்காரரையும் அவன் ஜனங்களையும் விட்டு நீங்கும்படி செய்தார்; ஒன்றாகிலும் மீந்திருக்கவில்லை. And the LORD did according to the word of Moses; and he removed the swarms of flies from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people; there remained not one.

32 பார்வோனோ இந்த முறையும் தன் இருதயத்தைக் கடினப்படுத்தி, ஜனங்களைப் போகவிடாதிருந்தான். And Pharaoh hardened his heart at this time also, neither would he let the people go.

1 Appoluthu Karththar Mosesyai Nnokki: nee paarvonidaththil poy: enakku aaraathanai seyya en janangalai anuppividu. And the LORD spake unto Moses, Go unto Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Let my people go, that they may serve me.

2 Nee avarkalai anuppividamaattaேn enpaayaakil, un ellai adangalaiyum thavalaikalaal vaathippaen. And if thou refuse to let them go, behold, I will smite all thy borders with frogs:

3 Nathi thavalaikalaith thiralaayp pirappikkum; avaikal un veettilum un padukkai araiyilum, un manjaththinmaelum, un ooliyakkaarar veedukalilum, un janangalidaththilum, un aduppukalilum, maappisaikira un thottikalilum vanthu aeraுm. And the river shall bring forth frogs abundantly, which shall go up and come into thine house, and into thy bedchamber, and upon thy bed, and into the house of thy servants, and upon thy people, and into thine ovens, and into thy kneadingtroughs:

4 Anthath thavalaikal unmaelum, un janangal maelum, un ooliyakkaarar ellaar maelum vanthu aeraுmentu Karththar sollukiraar entu sol entar. And the frogs shall come up both on thee, and upon thy people, and upon all thy servants.

5 Maelum Karththar Mosesyinidaththil nee aaronai Nnokki: nee un kaiyilirukkira kolai nathikal maelum vaaykkaalkal maelum kulangal maelum neetti, ekipthu thaesaththin mael thavalaikalai varumpati sey entu sol entar. And the LORD spake unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch forth thine hand with thy rod over the streams, over the rivers, and over the ponds, and cause frogs to come up upon the land of Egypt.

6 Appatiyae aaron than kaiyai ekipthilulla thannnneerkal mael neettinaan; appoluthu thavalaikal vanthu, ekipthu thaesaththai mootikkonndathu. And Aaron stretched out his hand over the waters of Egypt; and the frogs came up, and covered the land of Egypt.

7 Manthiravaathikalum thangal manthiraviththaiyinaal appatich seythu, ekipthu thaesaththinmael thavalaikalai varappannnninaarkal. And the magicians did so with their enchantments, and brought up frogs upon the land of Egypt.

8 Paarvon Mosesyaiyum aaronaiyum alaippiththu: anthath thavalaikal ennaiyum en janangalaiyum vittu neengumpati karththarai Nnokki vaenntikkollungal; karththarukkup paliyidumpati janangalaip pokaviduvaen entan. Then Pharaoh called for Moses and Aaron, and said, Entreat the LORD, that he may take away the frogs from me, and from my people; and I will let the people go, that they may do sacrifice unto the LORD.

9 Appoluthu Moses paarvonai Nnokki: thavalaikal nathiyilaemaaththiram irukkaththakkathaay avaikalai ummidaththilum ummutaiya veettilum illaamal olinthupokumpatiseyya, umakkaakavum ummutaiya ooliyakkaararukkaakavum ummutaiya janangalukkaakavum naan vinnnappam pannnavaenntiya kaalaththaik kurikkum maenmai umakkae iruppathaaka entan. And Moses said unto Pharaoh, Glory over me: when shall I entreat for thee, and for thy servants, and for thy people, to destroy the frogs from thee and thy houses, that they may remain in the river only?

10 Atharku avan: naalaikku entan. Appoluthu ivan: engal thaevanaakiya karththarukku oppaanavar illai enpathai neer ariyumpatikku ummutaiya vaarththaiyinpati aakakkadavathu. And he said, To morrow. And he said, Be it according to thy word: that thou mayest know that there is none like unto the LORD our God.

11 Thavalaikal ummaiyum ummutaiya veettaைyum ummutaiya ooliyakkaararaiyum ummutaiya janangalaiyum vittu neengi, nathiyilaemaaththiram irukkum entan. And the frogs shall depart from thee, and from thy houses, and from thy servants, and from thy people; they shall remain in the river only.

12 Mosesyum aaronum paarvonai vittup purappattarkal. Paarvonukku virothamaaka varappannnnina thavalaikal nimiththam Moses karththarai Nnokkik kooppittan. And Moses and Aaron went out from Pharaoh: and Moses cried unto the LORD because of the frogs which he had brought against Pharaoh.

13 Karththar Mosesyin sorpati seythaar; veedukalilum muttangalilum vayalkalilum iruntha thavalaikal seththuppoyittaு. And the LORD did according to the word of Moses; and the frogs died out of the houses, out of the villages, and out of the fields.

14 Avaikalaik kuviyal kuviyalaakach serththaarkal; athinaal poomiyengum naattameduththathu. And they gathered them together upon heaps: and the land stank.

15 Ilakuvunndaayittentu paarvon kanndapotho, than iruthayaththaik katinappaduththi, avarkalukkuch sevikodaamar ponaan; Karththar solliyirunthapati aayittaு. But when Pharaoh saw that there was respite, he hardened his heart, and hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.

16 Appoluthu Karththar Mosesyinidaththil: nee aaronai Nnokki: un kolai neetti, poomiyin puluthiyin mael ati; appoluthu athu ekipthu thaesamengum paenkalaayp pom entu sol entar. And the LORD said unto Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch out thy rod, and smite the dust of the land, that it may become lice throughout all the land of Egypt.

17 Appatiyae seythaarkal; aaron than kaiyiliruntha than kolai neetti, poomiyin puluthiyinmael atiththaan; appoluthu athu manithar maelum miruka jeevankal maelum paenkalaay ekipthu thaesamengum poomiyin puluthiyellaam paenkalaayittaு. And they did so; for Aaron stretched out his hand with his rod, and smote the dust of the earth, and it became lice in man, and in beast; all the dust of the land became lice throughout all the land of Egypt.

18 Manthiravaathikalum thangal manthiraviththaiyinaal paenkalaip pirappikkumpatip pirayaththananj seythaarkal; seythum, avarkalaal koodaamarpoyittaு; paenkal manithar maelum miruka jeevankal maelum irunthathu. And the magicians did so with their enchantments to bring forth lice, but they could not: so there were lice upon man, and upon beast.

19 Appoluthu manthiravaathikal paarvonai Nnokki: ithu thaevanutaiya viral entarkal. Aanaalum, Karththar solliyirunthapati paarvonutaiya iruthayam katinappattathu; avarkalukkuch sevikodaamar ponaan. Then the magicians said unto Pharaoh, This is the finger of God: and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said.

20 Appoluthu Karththar Mosesyai Nnokki: naalai athikaalamae nee elunthupoy, paarvon nathikkup purappattu varumpothu, avanukku munpaaka nintu; enakku aaraathanai seyyumpati en janangalaip pokavidu. And the LORD said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh; lo, he cometh forth to the water; and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Let my people go, that they may serve me.

21 En janangalaip pokavidaayaakil, naan un maelum, un ooliyakkaarar maelum, un janangalmaelum, un veedukal maelum palavitha vanndukalai anuppuvaen; ekipthiyar veedukalum avarkal irukkira thaesamum antha vanndukalaal niraiyum. Else, if thou wilt not let my people go, behold, I will send swarms of flies upon thee, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people, and into thy houses: and the houses of the Egyptians shall be full of swarms of flies, and also the ground whereon they are.

22 Poomiyin naduvil naanae Karththar enpathai nee ariyumpati en janangal irukkira kosen naattil annaalilae vanndukal varaathapatikku, antha naattaை viseshappaduththi, And I will sever in that day the land of Goshen, in which my people dwell, that no swarms of flies shall be there; to the end thou mayest know that I am the LORD in the midst of the earth.

23 En janangalukkum un janangalukkum viththiyaasam unndaakumpati seyvaen; intha ataiyaalam naalaikku unndaakum entu Karththar sollukiraar entu sol entar. And I will put a division between my people and thy people: to morrow shall this sign be.

24 Appatiyae Karththar seythaar; makaathiralaana vanndu jaathikal paarvon veettilum, avan ooliyakkaarar veedukalilum, ekipthu thaesam muluvathilum vanthathu; vanndukalinaalae thaesam kettuppoyittaு. And the LORD did so; and there came a grievous swarm of flies into the house of Pharaoh, and into his servants' houses, and into all the land of Egypt: the land was corrupted by reason of the swarm of flies.

25 Appoluthu paarvon Mosesyaiyum aaronaiyum alaippiththu: neengal poy, ungal thaevanukku thaesaththilaethaanae paliyidungal entan. And Pharaoh called for Moses and for Aaron, and said, Go ye, sacrifice to your God in the land.

26 Atharku Moses: appatich seyyaththakaathu; engal thaevanaakiya karththarukku naangal ekipthiyarutaiya aruvaruppai paliyidukirathaay irukkumae, ekipthiyarutaiya aruvaruppai naangal avarkal kannkalukku munpaaka paliyittal, engalaik kallerivaarkal allavaa? And Moses said, It is not meet so to do; for we shall sacrifice the abomination of the Egyptians to the LORD our God: lo, shall we sacrifice the abomination of the Egyptians before their eyes, and will they not stone us?

27 Naangal vanaantharaththil moontu naal pirayaanam poy, engal thaevanaakiya Karththar engalukku vithikkirapatiyae avarukkup paliyiduvom entan. We will go three days' journey into the wilderness, and sacrifice to the LORD our God, as he shall command us.

28 Appoluthu paarvon: neengal ungal thaevanaakiya karththarukku vanaantharaththil paliyidumpatikku naan ungalaip pokaviduvaen; aanaalum, neengal athika thooramaayp pokavaenndaam; enakkaaka vaennduthal seyyungal entan. And Pharaoh said, I will let you go, that ye may sacrifice to the LORD your God in the wilderness; only ye shall not go very far away: entreat for me.

29 Atharku Moses: naan ummai vittup purappattapin, naalaikku vanndukal paarvonaiyum avar ooliyakkaararaiyum avar janangalaiyum vittu neengumpati, naan karththarai Nnokki vaennduthal seyvaen; aanaalum, karththarukkup paliyidukiratharku janangalaip pokavidaathapatip paarvon ini vanjanai seyyaathiruppaaraaka entan. And Moses said, Behold, I go out from thee, and I will entreat the LORD that the swarms of flies may depart from Pharaoh, from his servants, and from his people, to morrow: but let not Pharaoh deal deceitfully any more in not letting the people go to sacrifice to the LORD.
