Genesis 10 in Tamil

1 நோவாவின் குமாரராகிய சேம் காம் யாப்பேத் என்பவர்களின் வம்ச வரலாறு: ஜலப்பிரளயத்துக்குப்பின்பு அவர்களுக்குக் குமாரர் பிறந்தார்கள். Now these are the generations of the sons of Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth: and unto them were sons born after the flood.

2 யாப்பேத்தின் குமாரர், கோமர், மாகோகு, மாதாய், யாவான், தூபால், மேசேக்கு, தீராஸ் என்பவர்கள். The sons of Japheth; Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.

3 கோமரின் குமாரர், அஸ்கினாஸ், ரீப்பாத்து, தொகர்மா என்பவர்கள். And the sons of Gomer; Ashkenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah.

4 யாவானின் குமாரர், எலீசா, தர்ஷீஸ், கித்தீம், தொதானீம் என்பவர்கள். And the sons of Javan; Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.

5 இவர்களால் ஜாதிகளுடைய தீவுகள், அவனவன் பாஷையின்படியேயும், அவரவர்கள் கோத்திரத்தின்படியேயும், ஜாதியின்படியேயும், வேறு வேறு தேசங்களாய்ப் பகுக்கப்பட்டன. By these were the isles of the Gentiles divided in their lands; every one after his tongue, after their families, in their nations.

6 காமுடைய குமாரர், கூஷ் மிஸ்ராயீம், பூத், கானான் என்பவர்கள். And the sons of Ham; Cush, and Mizraim, and Phut, and Canaan.

7 கூஷுடைய குமாரர், சேபா, ஆவிலா, சப்தா, ராமா, சப்திகா என்பவர்கள், ராமாவின் குமாரர், சேபா, திதான் என்பவர்கள். And the sons of Cush; Seba, and Havilah, and Sabtah, and Raamah, and Sabtechah: and the sons of Raamah; Sheba, and Dedan.

8 கூஷ் நிம்ரோதைப் பெற்றான்; இவன் பூமியிலே பராக்கிரமசாலியானான். And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth.

9 இவன் கர்த்தருக்கு முன்பாகப் பலத்த வேட்டைக்காரனாயிருந்தான்; ஆகையால் கர்த்தருக்கு முன்பாகப் பலத்த வேட்டைக்காரனான நிம்ரோதைப் போல என்னும் வழக்கச்சொல் உண்டாயிற்று. He was a mighty hunter before the LORD: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the LORD.

10 சிநேயார் தேசத்திலுள்ள பாபேல், ஏரேக், அக்காத், கல்னே என்னும் இடங்கள் அவன் ஆண்ட ராஜ்யத்திற்கு ஆதி ஸ்தானங்கள். And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.

11 அந்தத் தேசத்திலிருந்து அசூர் புறப்பட்டுப்போய், நினிவேயையும், ரெகோபோத் பட்டணத்தையும், காலாகையும், Out of that land went forth Asshur, and builded Nineveh, and the city Rehoboth, and Calah,

12 நினிவேக்கும் காலாகுக்கும் நடுவாக ரெசேனையும் கட்டினான்; இது பெரிய பட்டணம். And Resen between Nineveh and Calah: the same is a great city.

13 மிஸ்ராயீம், லுூதீமையும் அனாமீமையும், லெகாபீமையும், நப்தூகீமையும், And Mizraim begat Ludim, and Anamim, and Lehabim, and Naphtuhim,

14 பத்ரூசீமையும், பெலிஸ்தரின் சந்ததிக்குத் தலைவனாகிய கஸ்லுூகீமையும், கப்தோரீமையும் பெற்றான். And Pathrusim, and Casluhim, (out of whom came Philistim,) and Caphtorim.

15 கானான் தன் மூத்த மகனாகிய சீதோனையும், கேத்தையும், And Canaan begat Sidon his first born, and Heth,

16 எபூசியரையும், எமோரியரையும், கிர்காசியரையும், And the Jebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgasite,

17 ஏவியரையும், அர்கீயரையும், சீநியரையும், And the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite,

18 அர்வாதியரையும், செமாரியரையும், காமாத்தியரையும், பெற்றான்; பின்பு கானானியரின் வம்சத்தார் எங்கும் பரவினார்கள். And the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite: and afterward were the families of the Canaanites spread abroad.

19 கானானியரின் எல்லை, சீதோன்முதல் கேரார் வழியாய்க் காசாமட்டுக்கும், அது முதல் சோதோம், கொமோரா, அத்மா, செபோயிம் வழியாய் லாசாமட்டுக்கும் இருந்தது. And the border of the Canaanites was from Sidon, as thou comest to Gerar, unto Gaza; as thou goest, unto Sodom, and Gomorrah, and Admah, and Zeboim, even unto Lasha.

20 இவர்கள் தங்கள் தேசங்களிலும், தங்கள் ஜாதிகளிலுமுள்ள தங்கள் வம்சங்களின்படியேயும், தங்கள் பாஷைகளின்படியேயும், காமுடைய சந்ததியார். These are the sons of Ham, after their families, after their tongues, in their countries, and in their nations.

21 சேமுக்கும் பிள்ளைகள் பிறந்தார்கள்; அவன் ஏபேருடைய சந்ததியார் எல்லாருக்கும் தகப்பனும், மூத்தவனாகிய யாப்பேத்துக்குத் தம்பியுமாய் இருந்தான். Unto Shem also, the father of all the children of Eber, the brother of Japheth the elder, even to him were children born.

22 சேமுடைய குமாரர், ஏலாம், அசூர், அர்பக்சாத், லுூத், ஆராம் என்பவர்கள். The children of Shem; Elam, and Asshur, and Arphaxad, and Lud, and Aram.

23 ஆராமுடைய குமாரர், ஊத்ஸ், கூல், கேத்தெர், மாஸ் என்பவர்கள். And the children of Aram; Uz, and Hul, and Gether, and Mash.

24 அர்பக்சாத் சாலாவைப்பெற்றான்; சாலா எபேரைப்பெற்றான். And Arphaxad begat Salah; and Salah begat Eber.

25 ஏபேருக்கு இரண்டு குமாரர் பிறந்தார்கள்; ஒருவனுக்குப் பேலேகு என்று பேர்; ஏனெனில் அவனுடைய நாட்களில் பூமி பகுக்கப்பட்டது; அவனுடைய சகோதரன் பேர் யொக்தான். And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of one was Peleg; for in his days was the earth divided; and his brother's name was Joktan.

26 யொக்தான் அல்மோதாதையும், சாலேப்பையும், அசர்மாவேத்தையும், யேராகையும், And Joktan begat Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah,

27 அதோராமையும், ஊசாலையும், திக்லாவையும், And Hadoram, and Uzal, and Diklah,

28 ஓபாலையும், அபிமாவேலையும், சேபாவையும், And Obal, and Abimael, and Sheba,

29 ஓப்பீரையும், ஆவிலாவையும், யோபாபையும் பெற்றான்; இவர்கள் அனைவரும் யொக்தானுடைய குமாரர். And Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab: all these were the sons of Joktan.

30 இவர்களுடைய குடியிருப்பு மேசா துவக்கி, கிழக்கேயுள்ள மலையாகிய செப்பாருக்குப் போகிற வழிமட்டும் இருந்தது. And their dwelling was from Mesha, as thou goest unto Sephar a mount of the east.

31 இவர்களே தங்கள் தேசங்களிலும், தங்கள் ஜாதிகளிலுமுள்ள தங்கள் வம்சங்களின்படியேயும், தங்கள் பாஷைகளின்படியேயும் சேமுடைய சந்ததியார். These are the sons of Shem, after their families, after their tongues, in their lands, after their nations.

32 தங்கள் ஜாதிகளிலுள்ள தங்களுடைய சந்ததிகளின்படியே நோவாவுடைய குமாரரின் வம்சங்கள் இவைகளே; ஜலப்பிரளயத்துக்குப் பின்பு இவர்களால் பூமியிலே ஜாதிகள் பிரிந்தன. These are the families of the sons of Noah, after their generations, in their nations: and by these were the nations divided in the earth after the flood.

1 Nnovaavin kumaararaakiya sem kaam yaappaeth enpavarkalin vamsa varalaaraு: jalappiralayaththukkuppinpu avarkalukkuk kumaarar piranthaarkal. Now these are the generations of the sons of Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth: and unto them were sons born after the flood.

2 Yaappaeththin kumaarar, komar, maakoku, maathaay, yaavaan, thoopaal, maesekku, theeraas enpavarkal. The sons of Japheth; Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.

3 Komarin kumaarar, askinaas, reeppaaththu, thokarmaa enpavarkal. And the sons of Gomer; Ashkenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah.

4 Yaavaanin kumaarar, eleesaa, tharshees, kiththeem, thothaaneem enpavarkal. And the sons of Javan; Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.

5 Ivarkalaal jaathikalutaiya theevukal, avanavan paashaiyinpatiyaeyum, avaravarkal koththiraththinpatiyaeyum, jaathiyinpatiyaeyum, vaeraு vaeraு thaesangalaayp pakukkappattana. By these were the isles of the Gentiles divided in their lands; every one after his tongue, after their families, in their nations.

6 Kaamutaiya kumaarar, koosh misraayeem, pooth, kaanaan enpavarkal. And the sons of Ham; Cush, and Mizraim, and Phut, and Canaan.

7 Kooshutaiya kumaarar, sepaa, aavilaa, sapthaa, raamaa, sapthikaa enpavarkal, raamaavin kumaarar, sepaa, thithaan enpavarkal. And the sons of Cush; Seba, and Havilah, and Sabtah, and Raamah, and Sabtechah: and the sons of Raamah; Sheba, and Dedan.

8 Koosh nimrothaip pettaாn; ivan poomiyilae paraakkiramasaaliyaanaan. And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth.

9 Ivan karththarukku munpaakap palaththa vaettaைkkaaranaayirunthaan; aakaiyaal karththarukku munpaakap palaththa vaettaைkkaaranaana nimrothaip pola ennum valakkachchaொl unndaayittaு. He was a mighty hunter before the LORD: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the LORD.

10 Sinaeyaar thaesaththilulla paapael, aeraek, akkaath, kalnae ennum idangal avan aannda raajyaththirku aathi sthaanangal. And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.

11 Anthath thaesaththilirunthu asoor purappattuppoy, ninivaeyaiyum, rekopoth pattanaththaiyum, kaalaakaiyum, Out of that land went forth Asshur, and builded Nineveh, and the city Rehoboth, and Calah,

12 Ninivaekkum kaalaakukkum naduvaaka resenaiyum kattinaan; ithu periya pattanam. And Resen between Nineveh and Calah: the same is a great city.

13 Misraayeem, luூtheemaiyum anaameemaiyum, lekaapeemaiyum, napthoogeemaiyum, And Mizraim begat Ludim, and Anamim, and Lehabim, and Naphtuhim,

14 Pathrooseemaiyum, pelistharin santhathikkuth thalaivanaakiya kasluூgeemaiyum, kapthoreemaiyum pettaாn. And Pathrusim, and Casluhim, (out of whom came Philistim,) and Caphtorim.

15 Kaanaan than mooththa makanaakiya seethonaiyum, kaeththaiyum, And Canaan begat Sidon his first born, and Heth,

16 Epoosiyaraiyum, emoriyaraiyum, kirkaasiyaraiyum, And the Jebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgasite,

17 Aeviyaraiyum, argeeyaraiyum, seeniyaraiyum, And the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite,

18 Arvaathiyaraiyum, semaariyaraiyum, kaamaaththiyaraiyum, pettaாn; pinpu kaanaaniyarin vamsaththaar engum paravinaarkal. And the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite: and afterward were the families of the Canaanites spread abroad.

19 Kaanaaniyarin ellai, seethonmuthal kaeraar valiyaayk kaasaamattukkum, athu muthal sothom, komoraa, athmaa, sepoyim valiyaay laasaamattukkum irunthathu. And the border of the Canaanites was from Sidon, as thou comest to Gerar, unto Gaza; as thou goest, unto Sodom, and Gomorrah, and Admah, and Zeboim, even unto Lasha.

20 Ivarkal thangal thaesangalilum, thangal jaathikalilumulla thangal vamsangalinpatiyaeyum, thangal paashaikalinpatiyaeyum, kaamutaiya santhathiyaar. These are the sons of Ham, after their families, after their tongues, in their countries, and in their nations.

21 Semukkum pillaikal piranthaarkal; avan aepaerutaiya santhathiyaar ellaarukkum thakappanum, mooththavanaakiya yaappaeththukkuth thampiyumaay irunthaan. Unto Shem also, the father of all the children of Eber, the brother of Japheth the elder, even to him were children born.

22 Semutaiya kumaarar, aelaam, asoor, arpaksaath, luூth, aaraam enpavarkal. The children of Shem; Elam, and Asshur, and Arphaxad, and Lud, and Aram.

23 Aaraamutaiya kumaarar, ooths, kool, kaethther, maas enpavarkal. And the children of Aram; Uz, and Hul, and Gether, and Mash.

24 Arpaksaath saalaavaippettaாn; saalaa epaeraippettaாn. And Arphaxad begat Salah; and Salah begat Eber.

25 Aepaerukku iranndu kumaarar piranthaarkal; oruvanukkup paelaeku entu paer; aenenil avanutaiya naatkalil poomi pakukkappattathu; avanutaiya sakotharan paer yokthaan. And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of one was Peleg; for in his days was the earth divided; and his brother's name was Joktan.

26 Yokthaan almothaathaiyum, saalaeppaiyum, asarmaavaeththaiyum, yaeraakaiyum, And Joktan begat Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah,

27 Athoraamaiyum, oosaalaiyum, thiklaavaiyum, And Hadoram, and Uzal, and Diklah,

28 Opaalaiyum, apimaavaelaiyum, sepaavaiyum, And Obal, and Abimael, and Sheba,

29 Oppeeraiyum, aavilaavaiyum, yopaapaiyum pettaாn; ivarkal anaivarum yokthaanutaiya kumaarar. And Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab: all these were the sons of Joktan.

30 Ivarkalutaiya kutiyiruppu maesaa thuvakki, kilakkaeyulla malaiyaakiya seppaarukkup pokira valimattum irunthathu. And their dwelling was from Mesha, as thou goest unto Sephar a mount of the east.

31 Ivarkalae thangal thaesangalilum, thangal jaathikalilumulla thangal vamsangalinpatiyaeyum, thangal paashaikalinpatiyaeyum semutaiya santhathiyaar. These are the sons of Shem, after their families, after their tongues, in their lands, after their nations.

32 Thangal jaathikalilulla thangalutaiya santhathikalinpatiyae Nnovaavutaiya kumaararin vamsangal ivaikalae; jalappiralayaththukkup pinpu ivarkalaal poomiyilae jaathikal pirinthana. These are the families of the sons of Noah, after their generations, in their nations: and by these were the nations divided in the earth after the flood.
