Jeremiah 21 in Tamil

1 சிதேக்கியா ராஜா மல்கியாவின் குமாரனாகிய பஸ்கூரையும் ஆசாரியனான மாசெயாவின் குமாரனாகிய செப்பனியாவையும் எரேமியாவினிடத்தில் அனுப்பி: The word which came unto Jeremiah from the LORD, when king Zedekiah sent unto him Pashur the son of Melchiah, and Zephaniah the son of Maaseiah the priest, saying,

2 நீர் எங்களுக்காகக் கர்த்தரிடத்தில் விசாரியும்; பாபிலோன் ராஜாவޠΕிய நேபுகாத்நேச்சார் எங்களுக்கு விரோதமாய் யுத்தஞ்செய்கிறான்; ஒருவேளை கர்த்தர் தம்முடைய எல்லா அற்புதச் செயலின்படியேயும் எங்களுக்கு அநுக்கிரகஞ்செய்து, அவனை எங்களைவிட்டுப் போகப்பண்ணுவார் என்று சொல்லியனுப்பினபோது, Enquire, I pray thee, of the LORD for us; for Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon maketh war against us; if so be that the LORD will deal with us according to all his wondrous works, that he may go up from us.

3 எரேமியா அவர்களைப்பார்த்து, நீங்கள் சிதேக்கியாவுக்குச் சொல்லவேண்டியது: Then said Jeremiah unto them, Thus shall ye say to Zedekiah:

4 இஸ்ரவேலின் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர் உரைக்கிறது என்னவென்றால், இதோ, உங்களை அலங்கத்துக்கு வெளியே முற்றிக்கைபோட்ட பாபிலோன் ராஜாவோடும் கல்தேயரோடும், நீங்கள் யுத்தம்பண்ணும்படி உங்கள் கைகளில் பிடித்திருக்கிற யுத்த ஆயுதங்களை நான் திருப்பிவிட்டு, அவர்களை இந்த நகரத்தின் நடுவிலே சேர்த்து, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel; Behold, I will turn back the weapons of war that are in your hands, wherewith ye fight against the king of Babylon, and against the Chaldeans, which besiege you without the walls, and I will assemble them into the midst of this city.

5 நான் நீட்டின கையினாலும் பலத்த புயத்தினாலும் கோபமும் உக்கிரமும் மகா கடுமையுமாக உங்களோடே யுத்தம்பண்ணி, And I myself will fight against you with an outstretched hand and with a strong arm, even in anger, and in fury, and in great wrath.

6 இந்த நகரத்தின் குடிகளையும், மனுஷரையும், மிருகங்களையும் சங்கரிப்பேன்; மகா கொள்ளைநோயால் சாவார்கள். And I will smite the inhabitants of this city, both man and beast: they shall die of a great pestilence.

7 அதற்குப்பின்பு நான் யூதாவின் ராஜாவாகிய சிதேக்கியாவையும், அவன் ஊழியக்காரரையும், ஜனத்தையும், இந்த நகரத்திலே கொள்ளைநோய்க்கும் பட்டயத்துக்கும் பஞ்சத்துக்கும் தப்பி மீதியானவர்களையும் பாபிலோன் ராஜாவாகிய நேபுகாத்நேச்சாருடைய கையிலும், அவர்கள் சத்துருக்களின் கையிலும், அவர்கள் பிராணனை வாங்கத் தேடுகிறவர்களின் கையிலும் ஒப்புக்கொடுப்பேன்; அவன் அவர்களைப் பட்டயக் கருக்கினால் வெட்டுவான்; அவன் அவர்களைத் தப்பவிடுவதுமில்லை, அவன் மன்னிப்பதுமில்லை, இரங்குவதுமில்லையென்று கர்த்தர் உரைக்கிறார் என்றான். And afterward, saith the LORD, I will deliver Zedekiah king of Judah, and his servants, and the people, and such as are left in this city from the pestilence, from the sword, and from the famine, into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of their enemies, and into the hand of those that seek their life: and he shall smite them with the edge of the sword; he shall not spare them, neither have pity, nor have mercy.

8 பின்னையும் அவர், இந்த ஜனங்களை நோக்கி: இதோ, நான் உங்கள் முன்னே ஜீவவழியையும் மரணவழியையும் வைக்கிறேன் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார். And unto this people thou shalt say, Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I set before you the way of life, and the way of death.

9 இந்த நகரத்திலே தரிக்கிறவன் பட்டயத்தாலும், பஞ்சத்தாலும், கொள்ளைநோயாலும் சாவான்; உங்களை முற்றிக்கைபோடும் கல்தேயர் வசமாய்ப் புறப்பட்டுப்போய்விடுகிறவனோ பிழைப்பான்; அவன் பிராணன் அவனுக்குக் கிடைத்த கொள்ளைப்பொருளைப்போல் இருக்கும். He that abideth in this city shall die by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence: but he that goeth out, and falleth to the Chaldeans that besiege you, he shall live, and his life shall be unto him for a prey.

10 என் முகத்தை இந்த நகரத்துக்கு விரோதமாய் நன்மைக்கு அல்ல, தீமைக்கே வைத்தேன் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார்; அது பாபிலோன் ராஜாவின் கையில் ஒப்புக்கொடுக்கப்படும்; அவன் அக்கினியால் அதைச் சுட்டெரிப்பான் என்று சொல் என்றார். For I have set my face against this city for evil, and not for good, saith the LORD: it shall be given into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall burn it with fire.

11 யூதா ராஜாவின் குடும்பத்தாரையும் நோக்கி: கர்த்தருடைய வார்த்தையைக் கேளுங்கள். And touching the house of the king of Judah, say, Hear ye the word of the LORD;

12 தாவீதின் குடும்பத்தாரே, உங்கள் செய்கைகளுடைய பொல்லாப்பினிமித்தம் என் உக்கிரம் அக்கினியைப்போல் புறப்பட்டு, அவிக்கிறவன் இல்லாமல் எரியாதபடிக்கு, நீங்கள் ஏற்கனவே நியாயங்கேட்டு, பறிகொடுத்தவனை ஒடுக்குகிறவனுடைய கைக்குத் தப்புவியுங்கள் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார். O house of David, thus saith the LORD; Execute judgment in the morning, and deliver him that is spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor, lest my fury go out like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings.

13 இதோ பள்ளத்தாக்கில் வாசம்பண்ணுகிறவளே, சமனான இடத்தில் கன்மலையாய் இருக்கிறவளே, எங்களுக்கு விரோதமாய் வருகிறவன் யாரென்றும், எங்கள் வாசஸ்தலங்களுக்குள் வருகிறவன் யார் என்றும் சொல்லுகிற உனக்கு நான் எதிராளியாயிருக்கிறேன் என்று கர்த்தர் சொல்லுகிறார். Behold, I am against thee, O inhabitant of the valley, and rock of the plain, saith the LORD; which say, Who shall come down against us? or who shall enter into our habitations?

14 நான் உங்கள் கிரியைகளின் பலனுக்குத்தக்கதாய் உங்களை விசாரிப்பேன்; நான் அதின் காட்டிலே தீக்கொளுத்துவேன்; அது அதைச் சுற்றிலுமுள்ள யாவையும் பட்சிக்கும் என்று கர்த்தர் உரைக்கிறார் என்று சொல் என்றார். But I will punish you according to the fruit of your doings, saith the LORD: and I will kindle a fire in the forest thereof, and it shall devour all things round about it.

1 Sithaekkiyaa raajaa malkiyaavin kumaaranaakiya paskooraiyum aasaariyanaana maaseyaavin kumaaranaakiya seppaniyaavaiyum eraemiyaavinidaththil anuppi: The word which came unto Jeremiah from the LORD, when king Zedekiah sent unto him Pashur the son of Melchiah, and Zephaniah the son of Maaseiah the priest, saying,

2 Neer engalukkaakak karththaridaththil visaariyum; paapilon raajaavaޠΕிya naepukaathnaechchaாr engalukku virothamaay yuththanjaெykiraan; oruvaelai Karththar thammutaiya ellaa arputhach seyalinpatiyaeyum engalukku anukkirakanjaெythu, avanai engalaivittup pokappannnuvaar entu solliyanuppinapothu, Enquire, I pray thee, of the LORD for us; for Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon maketh war against us; if so be that the LORD will deal with us according to all his wondrous works, that he may go up from us.

3 Eraemiyaa avarkalaippaarththu, neengal sithaekkiyaavukkuch sollavaenntiyathu: Then said Jeremiah unto them, Thus shall ye say to Zedekiah:

4 Isravaelin thaevanaakiya Karththar uraikkirathu ennavental, itho, ungalai alangaththukku veliyae muttikkaipotta paapilon raajaavodum kalthaeyarodum, neengal yuththampannnumpati ungal kaikalil pitiththirukkira yuththa aayuthangalai naan thiruppivittu, avarkalai intha nakaraththin naduvilae serththu, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel; Behold, I will turn back the weapons of war that are in your hands, wherewith ye fight against the king of Babylon, and against the Chaldeans, which besiege you without the walls, and I will assemble them into the midst of this city.

5 Naan neettina kaiyinaalum palaththa puyaththinaalum kopamum ukkiramum makaa kadumaiyumaaka ungalotae yuththampannnni, And I myself will fight against you with an outstretched hand and with a strong arm, even in anger, and in fury, and in great wrath.

6 Intha nakaraththin kutikalaiyum, manusharaiyum, mirukangalaiyum sangarippaen; makaa kollaiNnoyaal saavaarkal. And I will smite the inhabitants of this city, both man and beast: they shall die of a great pestilence.

7 Atharkuppinpu naan yoothaavin raajaavaakiya sithaekkiyaavaiyum, avan ooliyakkaararaiyum, janaththaiyum, intha nakaraththilae kollaiNnoykkum pattayaththukkum panjaththukkum thappi meethiyaanavarkalaiyum paapilon raajaavaakiya naepukaathnaechchaாrutaiya kaiyilum, avarkal saththurukkalin kaiyilum, avarkal piraananai vaangath thaedukiravarkalin kaiyilum oppukkoduppaen; avan avarkalaip pattayak karukkinaal vettuvaan; avan avarkalaith thappaviduvathumillai, avan mannippathumillai, iranguvathumillaiyentu Karththar uraikkiraar entan. And afterward, saith the LORD, I will deliver Zedekiah king of Judah, and his servants, and the people, and such as are left in this city from the pestilence, from the sword, and from the famine, into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of their enemies, and into the hand of those that seek their life: and he shall smite them with the edge of the sword; he shall not spare them, neither have pity, nor have mercy.

8 Pinnaiyum avar, intha janangalai Nnokki: itho, naan ungal munnae jeevavaliyaiyum maranavaliyaiyum vaikkiraேn entu Karththar sollukiraar. And unto this people thou shalt say, Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I set before you the way of life, and the way of death.

9 Intha nakaraththilae tharikkiravan pattayaththaalum, panjaththaalum, kollaiNnoyaalum saavaan; ungalai muttikkaipodum kalthaeyar vasamaayp purappattuppoyvidukiravano pilaippaan; avan piraanan avanukkuk kitaiththa kollaipporulaippol irukkum. He that abideth in this city shall die by the sword, and by the famine, and by the pestilence: but he that goeth out, and falleth to the Chaldeans that besiege you, he shall live, and his life shall be unto him for a prey.

10 En mukaththai intha nakaraththukku virothamaay nanmaikku alla, theemaikkae vaiththaen entu Karththar sollukiraar; athu paapilon raajaavin kaiyil oppukkodukkappadum; avan akkiniyaal athaich sutterippaan entu sol entar. For I have set my face against this city for evil, and not for good, saith the LORD: it shall be given into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall burn it with fire.

11 Yoothaa raajaavin kudumpaththaaraiyum Nnokki: karththarutaiya vaarththaiyaik kaelungal. And touching the house of the king of Judah, say, Hear ye the word of the LORD;

12 Thaaveethin kudumpaththaarae, ungal seykaikalutaiya pollaappinimiththam en ukkiram akkiniyaippol purappattu, avikkiravan illaamal eriyaathapatikku, neengal aerkanavae niyaayangaettu, parikoduththavanai odukkukiravanutaiya kaikkuth thappuviyungal entu Karththar sollukiraar. O house of David, thus saith the LORD; Execute judgment in the morning, and deliver him that is spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor, lest my fury go out like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings.

13 Itho pallaththaakkil vaasampannnukiravalae, samanaana idaththil kanmalaiyaay irukkiravalae, engalukku virothamaay varukiravan yaarentum, engal vaasasthalangalukkul varukiravan yaar entum sollukira unakku naan ethiraaliyaayirukkiraேn entu Karththar sollukiraar. Behold, I am against thee, O inhabitant of the valley, and rock of the plain, saith the LORD; which say, Who shall come down against us? or who shall enter into our habitations?

14 Naan ungal kiriyaikalin palanukkuththakkathaay ungalai visaarippaen; naan athin kaattilae theekkoluththuvaen; athu athaich suttilumulla yaavaiyum patchikkum entu Karththar uraikkiraar entu sol entar. But I will punish you according to the fruit of your doings, saith the LORD: and I will kindle a fire in the forest thereof, and it shall devour all things round about it.
