Psalm 146 in Tamil

1 அல்லேலுூயா என் ஆத்துமாவே கர்த்தரைத் துதி. Praise ye the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.

2 நான் உயிரோடிருக்குமட்டும் கர்த்தரைத் துதிப்பேன்; நான் உள்ளளவும் என் தேவனைக் கீர்த்தனம் பண்ணுவேன். While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.

3 பிரபுக்களையும், இரட்சிக்கத்திராணியில்லாத மனுபுத்திரையும் நம்பாதேயுங்கள். Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.

4 அவனுடைய ஆவி பிரியும், அவன் தன் மண்ணுக்குத் திரும்புவான், அந்நாளிலே அவன் யோசனைகள் அழிந்துபோம். His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

5 யாக்கோபின் தேவனைத் தன் துணையாகக் கொண்டிருந்து, தன் தேவனாகிய கர்த்தர்மேல் நம்பிக்கையை வைக்கிறவன் பாக்கியவான். Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:

6 அவர் வானத்தையும் பூமியையும் சமுத்திரத்தையும் அவைகளிலுள்ள யாவையும் உண்டாக்கினவர்; அவர் என்றென்றைக்கும் உண்மையைக் காக்கிறவர். Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:

7 அவர் ஒடுக்கப்பட்டவர்களுக்கு நியாயஞ்செய்கிறார்; பசியாயிருக்கிறவர்களுக்கு ஆகாரங் கொடுக்கிறார்; கட்டுண்டவர்களைக் கர்த்தர் விடுதலையாக்குகிறார். Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:

8 குருடரின் கண்களைக் கர்த்தர் திறக்கிறார்; மடங்கடிக்கப்பட்டவர்களைக் கர்த்தர் தூக்கிவிடுகிறார்; நீதிமான்களைக் கர்த்தர் சிநேகிக்கிறார். The LORD openeth the eyes of the blind: the LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous:

9 பரதேசிகளைக் கர்த்தர் காப்பாற்றுகிறார்; அவர் திக்கற்ற பிள்ளையையும் விதவையையும் ஆதரிக்கிறார், துன்மார்க்கரின் வழியையோ கவிழ்த்துப்போடுகிறார். The LORD preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.

10 கர்த்தர் சதாகாலங்களிலும் அரசாளுகிறார்; சீயோனே, உன் தேவன் தலைமுறை தலைமுறையாகவும் ராஜரிகம்பண்ணுகிறார். அல்லேலுூயா. The LORD shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the LORD.

1 Allaeluூyaa en aaththumaavae karththaraith thuthi. Praise ye the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.

2 Naan uyirotirukkumattum karththaraith thuthippaen; naan ullalavum en thaevanaik geerththanam pannnuvaen. While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.

3 Pirapukkalaiyum, iratchikkaththiraanniyillaatha manupuththiraiyum nampaathaeyungal. Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.

4 Avanutaiya aavi piriyum, avan than mannnukkuth thirumpuvaan, annaalilae avan yosanaikal alinthupom. His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish.

5 Yaakkopin thaevanaith than thunnaiyaakak konntirunthu, than thaevanaakiya Karththarmael nampikkaiyai vaikkiravan paakkiyavaan. Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:

6 Avar vaanaththaiyum poomiyaiyum samuththiraththaiyum avaikalilulla yaavaiyum unndaakkinavar; avar ententaikkum unnmaiyaik kaakkiravar. Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:

7 Avar odukkappattavarkalukku niyaayanjaெykiraar; pasiyaayirukkiravarkalukku aakaarang kodukkiraar; kattunndavarkalaik Karththar viduthalaiyaakkukiraar. Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:

8 Kurudarin kannkalaik Karththar thirakkiraar; madangatikkappattavarkalaik Karththar thookkividukiraar; neethimaankalaik Karththar sinaekikkiraar. The LORD openeth the eyes of the blind: the LORD raiseth them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth the righteous:

9 Parathaesikalaik Karththar kaappaattaுkiraar; avar thikkatta pillaiyaiyum vithavaiyaiyum aatharikkiraar, thunmaarkkarin valiyaiyo kavilththuppodukiraar. The LORD preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.

10 Karththar sathaakaalangalilum arasaalukiraar; seeyonae, un Dhevan thalaimurai thalaimuraiyaakavum raajarikampannnukiraar. Allaeluூyaa. The LORD shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the LORD.
