எசேக்கியேல் 22:31
ஆகையால், நான் அவர்கள்மேல் என் கோபத்தை ஊற்றி, என் மூர்க்கத்தின் அக்கினியால் அவர்களை நிர்மூலமாக்கி, அவர்களுடைய வழியின் பலனை அவர்கள் தலையின்மேல் சுமரப்பண்ணுவேன் என்று கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் உரைக்கிறார் என்றார்.

ஆகையால், நான் அவர்கள்மேல் என்னுடைய கோபத்தை ஊற்றி, என்னுடைய கடுங்கோபத்தின் நெருப்பால் அவர்களை அழித்து, அவர்களுடைய வழியின் பலனை அவர்கள் தலையின்மேல் சுமத்துவேன் என்று கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் சொல்லுகிறார் என்றார்.

எனவே, நான் என் கோபத்தைக் காட்டுவேன். நான் அவர்களை முழுமையாக அழிப்பேன். அவர்கள் செய்திருக்கிற தீயவைகளுக்காக நான் அவர்களைத் தண்டிப்பேன். இதெல்லாம் அவர்களுடைய தவறு!” எனது கர்த்தராகிய ஆண்டவர் இவற்றைக் கூறினார்.
