தண்டுவலிக்கிற யாவரும், கப்பலாட்களும், கடல் மாலுமிகள் அனைவரும், தங்கள் கப்பல்களை விட்டுஇறங்கி, கரையிலே நின்று,

அவர்கள் வண்டிகளுடனும், இரதங்களுடனும், இயந்திரங்களுடனும், மக்கள்கூட்டத்துடனும், கேடகங்களும், சிரியகேடகங்களும், தலைச்சீராக்களும் அணிந்தவர்களாக, உனக்கு விரோதமாக வந்து, உன்னை சுற்றிலும் முகாமிடுவார்கள்; அவர்களுக்கு முன்னே நான் நியாயத்தை விளங்கச்செய்வேன்; அவர்கள் தங்களுடைய நியாயங்களின்படி உன்னை நியாயந்தீர்ப்பார்கள்.

அந்த ஆண்களின் கூட்டம் உன்னிடம் வரும். அவர்கள் தமது இரதங்களிலும் குதிரைகளிலும் ஏறி வருவார்கள். அவர்கள் எண்ணிக்கையில் மிகுதியாக இருப்பார்கள். அவர்கள் தமது ஈட்டிகள், கேடயங்கள், தலைக்கவசங்கள் ஆகியவற்றை அணிந்திருப்பார்கள். அவர்கள் உன்னைச் சுற்றி நிற்பார்கள். நான் அவர்களிடம் நீ எனக்குச் செய்திருந்ததைச் சொல்வேன். அவர்கள் தம் சொந்த முறையிலேயே உன்னைத் தண்டிப்பார்கள்.

அவர்கள் வண்டில்களோடும், இரதங்களோடும் இயந்திரங்களோடும், ஜனக்கூட்டத்தோடும், கேடகங்களும் பரிசைகளும் தலைச்சீராக்களும் தரித்தவர்களாய் உனக்கு விரோதமாக வந்து, உன்னைச் சுற்றிலும் பாளயமிறங்குவார்கள்; அவர்களுக்கு முன்னே நான் நியாயத்தை விளங்கப்பண்ணுவேன்; அவர்கள் தங்கள் நியாயங்களின்படி உன்னை நியாயந்தீர்ப்பார்கள்.
