சம்பவிப்பது என்னவென்றால், இந்த நதி போகுமிடமெங்கும் சஞ்சரிக்கும் ஜீவபிராணிகள் யாவும் பிழைக்கும்; இந்தத் தண்ணீர் அங்கே வந்தபடியினால் வெகு ஏராளமான மச்சங்களும் உண்டாயிருக்கும்; இந்த நதிபோகுமிடமெங்குமுள்ள யாவும் ஆரோக்கியப்பட்டுப் பிழைக்கும்.

הַנָּֽחַל׃

And he said	וַיֹּ֥אמֶר	wayyōʾmer	va-YOH-mer
unto	אֵלַ֖י	ʾēlay	ay-LAI
me, Son	הֲרָאִ֣יתָ	hărāʾîtā	huh-ra-EE-ta
of man,	בֶן	ben	ven
hast thou seen	אָדָ֑ם	ʾādām	ah-DAHM
this? Then he brought	וַיּוֹלִכֵ֥נִי	wayyôlikēnî	va-yoh-lee-HAY-nee
me, and caused me to return	וַיְשִׁבֵ֖נִי	wayšibēnî	vai-shee-VAY-nee
to the brink	שְׂפַ֥ת	śĕpat	seh-FAHT
of the river.	הַנָּֽחַל׃	hannāḥal	ha-NA-hahl
