சாவியான கதிர்கள் செழுமையும் நிறைமேனியுமான அந்த ஏழு கதிர்களையும் விழுங்கிப்போட்டது; அப்பொழுது பார்வோன் விழித்துக்கொண்டு, அது சொப்பனம் என்று அறிந்தான்.

என்னுடைய பிள்ளைக்குப் பால்கொடுக்கக் காலையில் நான் எழுந்தபோது, அது இறந்து கிடந்தது; பொழுது விடிந்தபின்பு நான் அதை உற்றுப்பார்க்கும்போது, அது நான் பெற்ற பிள்ளை இல்லை என்று கண்டேன் என்றாள்.

மறுநாள் காலையில் எழுந்து என் குழந்தைக்குப் பால் கொடுக்க முயன்றேன். ஆனால் குழந்தை மரித்திருப்பதை அறிந்தேன். பிறகு உற்றுப்பார்த்தபோது அது என் குழந்தையல்ல என்பதை அறிந்துகொண்டேன்” என்றாள்.
