માટે, તું ચોક્કસ જા અને મે તને જે યહોવાના વચનો લખાવ્યા છે તેને તું, એ બધા લોકોની સામે જે ઉપવાસના દિવસે મંદિરમાં આવ્યાં છે. તેની સામે વાંચ, ઉપરાંત તારે યહૂદિયાના સર્વ લોકો જેઓ પોતાના ગામમાંથી આવ્યા છે તેમની સામે પણ જરૂર વાંચવું.
