Deuteronomy 11:8
“તેથી હવે, હું આજે તમને જે કંઈ જણાવું છું તે સર્વનું તમાંરે પાલન કરવું, જેથી તમે લોકો સામે પાર જે દેશમાં જઈ રહ્યા છો તેમાં પ્રવેશ કરવાનું અને તેને કબજે કરવાનું તમને બળ પ્રાપ્ત થાય.

| you this day, | הַיּ֑וֹם | hayyôm | HA-yome |
| that | לְמַ֣עַן | lĕmaʿan | leh-MA-an |
| strong, be may ye | תֶּֽחֶזְק֗וּ | teḥezqû | teh-hez-KOO |
| and go in | וּבָאתֶם֙ | ûbāʾtem | oo-va-TEM |
| and possess | וִֽירִשְׁתֶּ֣ם | wîrištem | vee-reesh-TEM |
