પછી તેણે ઉધાડીને જોયું, તો અંદર એક બાળક રડતું હતું, તેથી તેને તેના પર દયા આવી.

| wept. | בֹּכֶ֑ה | bōke | boh-HEH |
| And she had compassion | וַתַּחְמֹ֣ל | wattaḥmōl | va-tahk-MOLE |
| on | עָלָ֔יו | ʿālāyw | ah-LAV |
| said, and him, | וַתֹּ֕אמֶר | wattōʾmer | va-TOH-mer |
| This | מִיַּלְדֵ֥י | miyyaldê | mee-yahl-DAY |
| is one of the Hebrews' | הָֽעִבְרִ֖ים | hāʿibrîm | ha-eev-REEM |
