પરંતુ મૃત્યુદંડને બદલે જો તેનો દંડ કરવામાં આવ્યો હોય, તો તેના જીવના બદલામાં જે કાંઈ મૂલ્ય ઠરાવવામાં આવ્યું હોય તે તેણે ચૂકવવું.
