Exodus 6:9
એટલા માંટે મૂસાએ એ વાત ઇસ્રાએલના લોકોને કહી. પણ તે વખતે તે લોકો આકરી ગુલામીથી એવા હતાશ થઈ ગયા હતા કે તેમણે તેની વાત સાંભળી નહિ.

| for anguish | מִקֹּ֣צֶר | miqqōṣer | mee-KOH-tser |
| spirit, of | ר֔וּחַ | rûaḥ | ROO-ak |
| and for cruel | וּמֵֽעֲבֹדָ֖ה | ûmēʿăbōdâ | oo-may-uh-voh-DA |
