Genesis 34:5
યાકૂબને સમાંચાર મળ્યા કે, શખેમે તેની પુત્રી દીનાહની આબરૂ લીધી હતી. પણ તેના પુત્રો ઢોરો સાથે ખેતરમાં હતા એટલે તેઓના આવ્યા સુધી તેણે શાંતિ રાખી.

| his cattle | מִקְנֵ֖הוּ | miqnēhû | meek-NAY-hoo |
| in the field: | בַּשָּׂדֶ֑ה | baśśāde | ba-sa-DEH |
| and Jacob | וְהֶֽחֱרִ֥שׁ | wĕheḥĕriš | veh-heh-hay-REESH |
| peace his held | יַֽעֲקֹ֖ב | yaʿăqōb | ya-uh-KOVE |
