Genesis 4:7
જો તું સારાં કામ કરીશ, તો માંરી નજરમાં તું યોગ્ય ઠરીશ. અને પછી હું તારો સ્વીકાર કરીશ. પરંતુ જો તું ખરાબ કામ કરીશ તો તે પાપ તારા જીવનમાં રહેશે. તારાં પાપો તને તેના વશમાં રાખવા ઈચ્છશે પરંતુ તારે તારાં પાપોને તારા પોતાના વશમાં રાખવા પડશે.”

| lieth | חַטָּ֣את | ḥaṭṭāt | ha-TAHT |
| at the door. | רֹבֵ֑ץ | rōbēṣ | roh-VAYTS |
| And unto thee | וְאֵלֶ֙יךָ֙ | wĕʾēlêkā | veh-ay-LAY-HA |
| desire, his be shall | תְּשׁ֣וּקָת֔וֹ | tĕšûqātô | teh-SHOO-ka-TOH |
| and thou | וְאַתָּ֖ה | wĕʾattâ | veh-ah-TA |
| shalt rule | תִּמְשָׁל | timšāl | teem-SHAHL |
