જો બદલો લેવા માંગનાર વ્યક્તિ પણ તેનો પીછો તે શહેર તરફ કરે, તો શહેરના લોકોએ ખૂનીને તેના હાથમાં ન સોંપવો. કારણકે એણે ઈરાદા વગર પેલા માંણસનું ખૂન કર્યુ એને તેની સાથે વેર નહોતું.
