ન્યાયાધીશો 12:2
યફતાએ તેઓને કહ્યું, “માંરે અને માંરા માંણસોને આમ્મોનીઓ સાથે ભારે ઝધડો થયો હતો. મેં તમને મદદ માંટે બોલાવ્યા હતાં, પણ તમે અમને તેમનાથી બચાવવા આવ્યા નહિ,

| were | הָיִ֛יתִי | hāyîtî | ha-YEE-tee |
| at great | אֲנִ֛י | ʾănî | uh-NEE |
| strife | וְעַמִּ֥י | wĕʿammî | veh-ah-MEE |
| וּבְנֵֽי | ûbĕnê | oo-veh-NAY | |
| children the with | עַמּ֖וֹן | ʿammôn | AH-mone |
| of Ammon; | מְאֹ֑ד | mĕʾōd | meh-ODE |
| and when I called | וָֽאֶזְעַ֣ק | wāʾezʿaq | va-ez-AK |
| delivered ye you, | אֶתְכֶ֔ם | ʾetkem | et-HEM |
| me not | וְלֹֽא | wĕlōʾ | veh-LOH |
| out of their hands. | הוֹשַׁעְתֶּ֥ם | hôšaʿtem | hoh-sha-TEM |
| אוֹתִ֖י | ʾôtî | oh-TEE | |
