ત્યારબાદ ફરી એકવાર ઈસ્રાએલીઓએ તેમના વર્તન દ્વારા યહોવા સામે પાપ કરવાનું શરું કર્યુ, તેથી યહોવાએ મોઆબના રાજા એગ્લોનને શક્તિશાળી બનાવ્યો અને તેને ઈસ્રાએલીઓ સામે મોકલ્યો.
