તેમના હાથ દુષ્કૃત્યો કરવામાં પાવરધા છે. અમલદારો લાંચ માંગે છે, આદરણીય લોકો પણ નિષ્ઠુરતાથી પોતાના સ્વાર્થનીજ વાતો કરે છે અને પોતાનું ધાર્યું કરે છે.

| reward; a for asketh | בַּשִּׁלּ֑וּם | baššillûm | ba-SHEE-loom |
| and the great | וְהַגָּד֗וֹל | wĕhaggādôl | veh-ha-ɡa-DOLE |
| man, he | דֹּבֵ֨ר | dōbēr | doh-VARE |
| uttereth | הַוַּ֥ת | hawwat | ha-WAHT |
| mischievous his | נַפְשׁ֛וֹ | napšô | nahf-SHOH |
