ત્યારે તેણે મૂસાને પોકાર કર્યો, “માંરા ધણી, દયા કરીને મૂર્ખાઈમાં અમે જે પાપ કરી બેઠાં છીએ તેને માંટે અમને શિક્ષા કરશો નહિ.

| upon | חַטָּ֔את | ḥaṭṭāt | ha-TAHT |
| us, wherein | אֲשֶׁ֥ר | ʾăšer | uh-SHER |
| foolishly, done have we | נוֹאַ֖לְנוּ | nôʾalnû | noh-AL-noo |
| and wherein | וַֽאֲשֶׁ֥ר | waʾăšer | va-uh-SHER |
