યહોવાએ મૂસાને કહ્યું હતું તે જ પ્રમાંણે બરાબર વ્યવસ્થા થઈ. તેઓ પોતપોતાના સમૂહના ધ્વજ હેઠળ છાવણી નાખતા. અને કૂચ કરતી વખતે પ્રત્યેક વ્યક્તિ પોતાના કુળસમૂહની ટુકડીમાં પોતાના સ્થાને જ રહેતા.
