Joshua 7:1
પણ ઇસ્રાએલીઓએ વિનાશ કરવાની શાપિત વસ્તુઓમાંથી લઈને પાપ કર્યુ છે. યહૂદા કુળસમૂહનો એક માંણસ આખાને જે ઝેરાહનો પુત્ર ઝાબ્દીનાં પુત્ર કાર્મીનો પુત્ર હતો તેણે ઘણી વસ્તુઓ પોતાને માંટે રાખી લીધી હતી. એટલે યહોવા ઇસ્રાએલીઓ ઉપર રોષે ભરાયા.
