Judges 21:22
જો તેમના પિતા કે ભાઈ અમાંરી આગળ ફરિયાદ કરે તો અમે તેમને કહેશું, ‘મહેરબાની કરીને, તેમને આ સ્ત્રીઓ રાખવા દો. કારણકે, અમે યાબેશ ગિલયાદના યુદ્ધમાં તેઓ માંટે પૂરતા પ્રમાંણમાં સ્ત્રીઓ લીધી નથી; અને તમે તમાંરી પુત્રીઓ તેમને આપી નથી એટલે તમાંરે માંથે દોષ નહિ આવે.”‘

| unto | לָרִ֣וֹב׀ | lāriwōb | la-REE-ove |
| complain, to us | אֵלֵ֗ינוּ | ʾēlênû | ay-LAY-noo |
| that we will say | וְאָמַ֤רְנוּ | wĕʾāmarnû | veh-ah-MAHR-noo |
| unto | אֲלֵיהֶם֙ | ʾălêhem | uh-lay-HEM |
| favourable Be them, | חָנּ֣וּנוּ | ḥānnûnû | HA-noo-noo |
| because sakes: our for them unto | אוֹתָ֔ם | ʾôtām | oh-TAHM |
| we reserved | כִּ֣י | kî | kee |
