તું રાત્રીના પ્રથમ પહોરે ઊઠી, મોટેથી પ્રાર્થના કર; અને યહોવા સમક્ષ પાણીની જેમ હૃદય ઠાલવ. ભૂખથી ચકલે ચકલે મૂર્ચ્છા પામતાં તારાં બાળકનો જીવ બચાવવા યહોવા આગળ-તારો હાથ તેની ભણી ઊંચા કર.
