Leviticus 11:4
“પરંતુ જે પ્રાણીઓની માંત્ર ખરી ફાટવાળી હોય અથવા જે માંત્ર વાગોળતાં હોય તે પ્રાણીઓ તમાંરે જમવા જોઈએ નહિ, જેમ કે ઊટ,

| the cud, | ה֗וּא | hûʾ | hoo |

| not | אֵינֶ֣נּוּ | ʾênennû | ay-NEH-noo |
| the hoof; | מַפְרִ֔יס | maprîs | mahf-REES |
| he | טָמֵ֥א | ṭāmēʾ | ta-MAY |
| is unclean | ה֖וּא | hûʾ | hoo |
| unto you. | לָכֶֽם׃ | lākem | la-HEM |
