Leviticus 2:13
પરંતુ તમાંરે તમાંમ પ્રકારની ખાદ્યાર્પણમાં મીઠું નાખવું. તમાંરા ખાદ્યાર્પણ પર દેવનો અતૂટ કરાર છે, તેથી તેના પ્રતીકરૂપ મીઠું નાખવાનું કદી ભૂલવું નહિ. બધાજ અર્પણોમાં મીઠું ઉમરેવું અને ચઢાવવું.
