દાઉદ દેવના મંદિરમાં ગયો અને દેવને અર્પિત થયેલી રોટલી મૂસાના નિયમ પ્રમાણે યાજકો સિવાય બીજો કોઈ ખાઇ શકે નહિ તે રોટલી તેણે ખાધી હતી અને તેમાંથી રોટલીનો થોડો થોડો ટૂકડો તેની સાથેના લોકોને આપ્યો હતો.”
