પ્રતિ વર્ષ પાસ્ખાપર્વના સમયે હાકેમ કેદમાંથી એક વ્યક્તિને મુક્ત કરતો. હંમેશા લોકો જે વ્યક્તિને ઈચ્છે તેને મુક્ત કરવામાં આવતો.
