પરંતુ મૂસાએ અને હારુને યહોવા સમક્ષ સાષ્ટાંગ નમસ્કાર કર્યા અને કહ્યું, “હે દેવ, તમે જ બધા જીવોના જીવનદાતા છો, એક જ વ્યક્તિના પાપને કારણે શું તમે સમગ્ર સમાંજ પ્રત્યે ક્રોધાયમાંન થશો?”

the God אֱלֹהֵ֥י ʾĕlōhîm ay-loh-HEEM
of the spirits הָֽרוּחֹ֖ת rûaḥ ROO-ak
of all לְכָל kōl kole
flesh, בָּשָׂ֑ר bāśār ba-SAHR
man הָאִ֤ישׁ ʾîš eesh
shall one אֶחָד֙ ʾeḥād eh-HAHD
sin, יֶֽחֱטָ֔א ḥāṭāʾ ha-TA
with וְעַ֥ל ʿal al
all כָּל kōl kole
the congregation? הָֽעֵדָ֖ה ʿēdâ ay-DA
and wilt thou be wroth תִּקְצֹֽף׃ qāṣap ka-TSAHF
