પરંતુ વેદીને લગતી અને પડદાની અંદર પરમપવિત્રસ્થાનમાં લગતી યાજક તરીકેની બધી જ ફરજો તારે અને તારા પુત્રોએ જ પુરી કરવાની છે. કારણ કે, તમાંરી યાજક તરીકેની સેવા મેં તમને ભેટો તરીકે આપી છે. બીજુ કોઈ જે માંરા પવિત્રસ્થાનની નજીક આવે તો તેને મૃત્યુદંડની જ શિક્ષા કરવી.”

Therefore thou	וְאַתָּ֣ה	ʾattâ	ah-TA
and thy sons	וּבָנֶ֣יךָ	bēn	bane
with	אִ֠תְּךָ	ʾēt	ate
thee shall keep	תִּשְׁמְר֨וּ	šāmar	sha-MAHR
	אֶת	ʾēt	ate
your priest's office	כְּהֻנַּתְכֶ֜ם	kĕhunnâ	keh-hoo-NA
for every	לְכָל	kōl	kole
thing	דְּבַ֧ר	dābār	da-VAHR
of the altar,	הַמִּזְבֵּ֛חַ	mizbēaḥ	meez-BAY-ak
and within	וּלְמִבֵּ֥ית	bayit	ba-YEET
the vail;	לַפָּרֹ֖כֶת	pōreket	poh-reh-HET
and ye shall serve:	וַֽעֲבַדְתֶּ֑ם	ʿābad	ah-VAHD
a service	עֲבֹדַ֣ת	ʿăbōdâ	uh-voh-DA
of gift:	מַתָּנָ֗ה	mattānâ	ma-ta-NA
I have given	אֶתֵּן֙	nātan	na-TAHN
	אֶת	ʾēt	ate
your priest's office	כְּהֻנַּתְכֶ֔ם	kĕhunnâ	keh-hoo-NA
and the stranger	וְהַזָּ֥ר	zûr	zoor
that cometh nigh	הַקָּרֵ֖ב	qārēb	ka-RAVE
shall be put to death.	יוּמָֽת׃	mût	moot
