પરંતુ જો જાણ થયા પછી બીજા દિવસ સુધીમાં પતિએ તેને કંઈજ કહ્યું ના હોય તો એનો અર્થ એ કે તે એના વચન સાથે સંમત છે, અને પતિએ જાણ થઈ તે જ દિવસે તેણે કશું જ કહ્યું નહિ,એટલે એ મંજૂર રાખ્યું ગણાય.
