Psalm 101
1 હે યહોવા, હું તમારા માટે આ ગીત ગાઇશ. હું તમારી કૃપા અને ન્યાય વિષે ગાઇશ.
2 હે યહોવા, હું મારા ઘરમાં શુદ્ધ હૃદય સાથે સંભાળપૂર્વક શુદ્ધ જીવન જીવીશ. તમે મારી પાસે ક્યારે આવશો?
3 હલકી અને દુષ્ટ બાબતોનો નકાર કરવાં મને મદદ કરો; અને સર્વ પ્રકારની અપ્રામાણિક બાબતો; જેમાં મારો કોઇ લાગભાગ ન હોય તેને ધિક્કારવા મને મદદ કરો.
4 હું ઠગ અને અપ્રામાણિક લોકોનો અસ્વીકાર કરીશ, અને હું દરેક દુષ્ટથી પણ દૂર રહીશ.
5 હું જે કોઇ તેમનાં પડોશીઓની વિરુદ્ધમાં ખાનગીમાં બોલે છે તેમને અટકાવીશ. જેની આંખો અને હૃદય અભિમાનથી ભરેલાં છે; તેમને હું સહન કરીશ નહિ.
6 હું આખા દેશમાં ભરોસાપાત્ર લોકોની ખોજ કરીશ અને તેઓને મારા મહેલમાં રહેવા દઇશ, ફકત જેઓ સંપૂર્ણ પ્રામાણિક છે તેઓ મારી સેવા કરશે.
7 વિશ્વાસઘાતી લોકો મારા ઘરમાં રહી શકશે નહિ, જૂઠું બોલનારા કોઇ મારી નજીક રહેશે નહિ.
8 આ દેશમાં રહેતા દુષ્ટ લોકોનો હું હંમેશા વિનાશ કરીશ, હું તે દુષ્ટ લોકોને યહોવાના નગરમાંથી જબરદસ્તીથી બહાર મોકલી આપીશ.

2 I will sing of mercy and judgment: unto thee, O Lord, will I sing.
3 I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. O when wilt thou come unto me? I will walk within my house with a perfect heart.
4 I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes: I hate the work of them that turn aside; it shall not cleave to me.
5 A froward heart shall depart from me: I will not know a wicked person.
6 Whoso privily slandereth his neighbour, him will I cut off: him that hath an high look and a proud heart will not I suffer.
7 Mine eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve me.
8 He that worketh deceit shall not dwell within my house: he that telleth lies shall not tarry in my sight.
9 I will early destroy all the wicked of the land; that I may cut off all wicked doers from the city of the Lord.
