Psalm 70
1 હે દેવ, મારું રક્ષણ કરો; હે યહોવા, મને સહાય કરવાં દોડી આવો.
2 જેઓ મારો પ્રાણ લેવા ઇચ્છે છે, તેઓ નિરાશ થાઓ અને મુંજાઇ જાઓ. જેઓ મારું અનિષ્ટ ઇચ્છે છે તેઓ પાછા પડો અને શરમ અનુભવો.
3 જેઓ મારી મશ્કરી કરે છે, તેઓ પોતાના પરાજયથી લજ્જિત થાઓ.
4 જેઓ તમારું મુખ શોધે છે, તેઓ તમારામાં આનંદ કરો અને હર્ષ પામો; જેઓ તમારા તારણ પર પ્રેમ કરે છે તેઓ પોકારીને કહો કે દેવને મહાન માનો.
5 પણ હું તો દરિદ્રી અને લાચાર છું, હે યહોવા, ઝટ તમે મારી મદદે આવો; તમે જ એકલાં મારા સહાયક તથા ઉદ્ધાર કરનાર છો; હે યહોવા, હવે જરાપણ વિલંબ ન કરો.

2 Make haste, O God, to deliver me; make haste to help me, O Lord.
3 Let them be ashamed and confounded that seek after my soul: let them be turned backward, and put to confusion, that desire my hurt.
4 Let them be turned back for a reward of their shame that say, Aha, aha.
5 Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.
6 But I am poor and needy: make haste unto me, O God: thou art my help and my deliverer; O Lord, make no tarrying.
