अबिय्याह ने तो बड़े योद्धाओं का दल, अर्थात चार लाख छंटे हुए पुरुष ले कर लड़ने के लिये पांति बन्धाई, और यारोबाम ने आठ लाख छंटे हुए पुरुष जो बड़े शूरवीर थे, ले कर उसके विरुद्ध पांति बन्धाई।

फिर आसा के पास ढाल और बछीं रखने वालों की एक सेना थी, अर्थात यहूदा में से तो तीन लाख पुरुष और बिन्यामीन में से फरी रखने वाले और धनुर्धारी दो लाख अस्सी हजार ये सब शूरवीर थे।
2 Chronicles 26:13
और उनके अधिकार में तीन लाख साढ़े सात हजार की एक बड़ी बड़ी सेना थी, जो शत्रुओं के विरुद्ध राजा की सहायता करने को बड़े बल से युद्ध करने वाले थे।
